Resumo: | Objective: to report the experience lived by scholarship holders about the extension actions of the League of Fundamental Nursing Bases. Methods: experience report from the beginning of the project, in March 2020, to the present day, adding knowledge about the fundamental bases in the care process to nursing students and health professionals, in order to contribute to professional practice, through of the project “Academic League of Nursing Fundamentals”, carried out at a public university in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Results: brings reflection and discussion of the role of fundamental bases, strengthening the practical and theoretical training of future nurses, ensuring more solid knowledge, autonomy in the nursing work process and quality of care in nursing. Final considerations: the extension project encourages the search for understanding the role of nurses in professional practice and affirms their duty in society, consolidating their professional autonomy and favoring practice, based on their own body of knowledge, focused on the integrality of the human being. |

Objetivo: reportar la experiencia vivida por los becarios sobre las acciones de extensión de la Liga de Bases Fundamentales de Enfermería. Método: relato de experiencia desde el inicio del proyecto, en marzo de 2020, hasta la actualidad, agregando conocimientos sobre las bases fundamentales en el proceso de atención a estudiantes de enfermería y profesionales de la salud, con el fin de contribuir a la práctica profesional, a través del proyecto. “Liga Académica de Fundamentos de Enfermería”, realizada en una universidad pública de la ciudad de Río de Janeiro. Resultados: aporta reflexión y discusión sobre el rol de las bases fundamentales, fortaleciendo la formación práctica y teórica de los futuros enfermeros, asegurando conocimientos más sólidos, autonomía en el proceso de trabajo de enfermería y calidad de la atención en enfermería. Consideraciones finales: el proyecto de extensión fomenta la búsqueda de la comprensión del rol del enfermero en la práctica profesional y afirma su deber en la sociedad, consolidando su autonomía profesional y favoreciendo la práctica, a partir de su propio cuerpo de conocimientos, enfocado a la integralidad del ser humano. Objetivo: relatar a experiência vivenciada por bolsistas sobre as ações extensionistas da liga das bases fundamentais de enfermagem. Metodologia: relato de experiência do início do projeto, em março de 2020, até os dias atuais, agregando conhecimento sobre as bases fundamentais no processo de cuidar aos acadêmicos de enfermagem e aos profissionais de saúde, de forma a contribuir com a prática profissional, através do projeto “Liga acadêmica das bases fundamentais de enfermagem”, realizado numa universidade pública do município do Rio de Janeiro. Resultados: traz a reflexão e discussão do papel das bases fundamentais, fortalecendo a formação prática e teórica dos futuros enfermeiros, garantindo conhecimentos mais sólidos, autonomia no processo de trabalho do enfermeiro e qualidade do cuidar em enfermagem.
