The creation and implementation of an academic league of stomatherapy on a campus derived from the expansion and interiorization of public universities

Resumo: | Academic Leagues (LA) are non-profit organizations that aim to deepen the themes in a certain area of study, being made up of undergraduate students and guided by professionals associated with the Higher Education Institution (IES). The LA comprise an organization relevant to academic training, in this case, the future professional nurse. However, it is possible to perceive the insufficiency of studies regarding the creation, implementation and consolidation of LA in Nursing and, more specifically, the Academic Leagues of Stomatherapy (LAET). The objective of this research is to report the experience about the creation and implementation of a LAET in a campus from the expansion and interiorization of Public Universities. This is a qualitative and descriptive experience report on the creation and implementation of a LAET at the UFRJ-Macaé Campus. In addition to steps such as idealization, meetings to define criteria, create and approve the statute, select binders, internal and external activities, it is possible to consider the reorganization of remote activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, contemplating strategies for adapting to the new scenario. During the process of idealization, foundation and implementation of LACEnfE, challenges and possibilities were experienced with regard to protagonism and student engagement in its formation. The development of steps for the creation, foundation and implementation of LACEnfE, based on an organized structure, proved to be effective and can be considered a model to be referenced, facilitating and assisting the academic autonomy, participating in the process. |

Las AL conforman una organización relevante para la formación académica, en este caso, la futura enfermera profesional. Sin embargo, es posible percibir la insuficiencia de estudios sobre la creación, implementación y consolidación de la LA en Enfermería y, más específicamente, las Ligas Académicas de Estomoterapia (LAET). El objetivo de esta investigación es dar a conocer la experiencia sobre la creación e implementación de un LAET en un campus a partir de la expansión e interiorización de las Universidades Públicas. Se trata de un informe de experiencia cualitativo y descriptivo sobre la creación e implementación de un LAET en el Campus UFRJ-Macaé. Además de pasos como la idealización, reuniones para definir criterios, crear y aprobar el estatuto, seleccionar aglutinantes, actividades internas y externas, es posible considerar la reorganización de las actividades remotas por la pandemia de COVID-19, contemplando estrategias de adaptación a la nueva. guión. Durante el proceso de idealización, fundación e implementación de LACEnfE, se vivieron desafíos y posibilidades en cuanto al protagonismo y compromiso de los estudiantes en su formación. El desarrollo de pasos para la creación, fundación e implementación de LACEnfE, con base en una estructura organizada, resultó ser efectivo y puede ser considerado un modelo a ser referenciado, facilitando y asistiendo la autonomía académica, participando en el proceso.As Ligas Acadêmicas (LA) são organizações sem fins lucrativos que visam o aprofundamento de temas em determinada área de estudo, sendo constituídas por estudantes de graduação e orientadas por profissionais associados à Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES). As LA compreendem uma organização relevante para a formação acadêmica, neste caso, do futuro profissional enfermeiro. Porém, é possível perceber a insuficiência de estudos no que tange à criação, implementação e consolidação das LA em Enfermagem e, mais especificamente, das Ligas Acadêmicas de Estomaterapia (LAET). O objetivo desta pesquisa consiste em relatar a experiência acerca da criação e implementação de uma LAET em um campus proveniente da expansão e interiorização das Universidades Públicas. Trata-se de um relato de experiência de cunho qualitativo e descritivo sobre a criação e implementação de uma LAET no Campus UFRJ-Macaé. Além de etapas como idealização, encontros para definição de critérios, criação e aprovação do estatuto, seleção de ligantes, atividades internas e externas, é possível considerar a reorganização das atividades remotas devido à pandemia de COVID-19, contemplando as estratégias para adaptação ao novo cenário. Durante o processo de idealização, fundação e implementação da LACEnfE, vivenciaram-se desafios e possibilidades no que concerne ao protagonismo e o engajamento estudantil em sua formação.
