Pedagogic coordination: diversity going along with diversity

Resumo: | This work has the objective of presenting an experience report over an extracurricular period in Pedagogic Coordination activities, conducted on a public education institution in the country of Brazil, in the city of Natal/RN, with deaf students in the High School. Its characterized by being a descriptive study, Occurring over march/2018 until the end of the first semester of 2019. To communicate with the deaf students was used the Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS), recognized to be the second Brazilian official language by the Law nº 10.436, 24 April 2002. Studies involving sensorial deficiencies may indicate an easiest way to identify the necessities of learning and the use of necessary resources or support to the attendance of the deaf students. This way it’s understood that’s perceptible the necessity of another actions to a better learning of this persons, but it is observed that there is a lack of preparation on the initial/continued formation of those that compound the learning institution (since the persons who work on the entrances up to the teachers), in regarding of searching emergency solutions after this new demand installed on the school. The activities developed extracurricular period contributed to the built and upgrade of vision about the education on an inclusive perspective, and the importance of continued formation by an emancipatory and a critic form. Also permitted the articulation of the knowledge’s in Education with the daily of the involved people, in addition to the reflection around the importance of be felt included beyond the walls of the classroom. |

Se caracteriza como un estudio descriptivo, desde marzo de 2018 hasta el final del primer semestre de 2019. Para la comunicación con estudiantes sordos, se utilizó el lenguaje de señas brasileño - LIBRAS, reconocido como el segundo idioma oficial de Brasil por la Ley n° 10.436, 24 de abril de 2002. Los estudios que involucran discapacidades sensoriales pueden indicar más claramente las necesidades de aprendizaje y el uso de recursos o apoyos necesarios para atender a los estudiantes sordos. Por lo tanto, se entiende que aunque se nota la necesidad de otras acciones para un aprendizaje significativo de estas materias, se observa que hay una falta de preparación en la educación inicial / continua de quienes integran la institución educativa (de las personas que trabajan en incluso los docentes), en relación con la búsqueda de soluciones de emergencia, luego de esta nueva demanda instalada en la escuela. Las actividades desarrolladas en la pasantía contribuyeron a la construcción y mejora de mi punto de vista sobre la educación desde una perspectiva inclusiva, y sobre la importancia de la educación continua de una manera crítica y emancipadora. También permitieron la articulación del conocimiento en Educación con la vida diaria de los sujetos involucrados, así como la reflexión sobre la importancia de sentirse incluido más allá de las paredes del aula.Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar a experiência vivenciada durante o estágio extracurricular, em atividades na Coordenação Pedagógica, realizado numa instituição pública de ensino, da cidade de Natal/RN, com estudantes surdos do Ensino Médio. Caracteriza-se como um estudo descritivo, entre março de 2018 até o fim do primeiro semestre de 2019. Para a comunicação com os alunos surdos foi utilizada a Língua Brasileira de Sinais - LIBRAS, reconhecida como a segunda língua oficial do Brasil pela lei Nº 10.436, de 24 de abril de 2002. Estudos envolvendo deficiências sensoriais podem indicar de forma mais clara as necessidades de aprendizagem e o uso de recursos ou suportes necessários ao atendimento aos alunos surdos. Dessa forma, entende-se que por mais que seja perceptível a necessidade de outras ações para uma aprendizagem significativa desses sujeitos, observa-se que há um despreparo na formação inicial/continuada daqueles que compõem a instituição de ensino (desde as pessoas que trabalham na portaria até os professores), no que se refere à procura por soluções emergenciais, após essa nova demanda instalada na escola. As atividades desenvolvidas no estágio contribuíram para a construção e o aprimoramento do meu olhar sobre a Educação numa perspectiva inclusiva, e sobre a importância da formação continuada de forma crítica e emancipatória.
