Resumo: | The present work is part of a research that analyzes some aspects of the inclusion of people with disabilities in the society they live. Our research aims to analyze the issues related to the role of the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) in the inclusion of the subject with disabilities, we also analyze the process of its elaboration and implementation, emphasizing the participation of the various segments that make up the school community in the process. of PPP elaboration, implementation and evaluation in the schools of the municipal education system located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Through semi-structured interviews and document analysis, we sought to identify the issue of the existence and vitality of PPP in the concrete of Rio de Janeiro's municipal schools. After documentary analysis and the speeches of the interviewees, we concluded that there is a centralization in decision making in most of the schools observed and what allowed us to reach such a conclusion were the speeches of the subjects themselves and the reality of daily life that showed the absence of a democracy. indeed. |

Nuestra investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los temas relacionados con el papel del Proyecto Político-Pedagógico (PPP) en la inclusión del sujeto con discapacidad, también analizamos el proceso de su elaboración e implementación, enfatizando la participación de los diversos segmentos que conforman la comunidad escolar en el proceso. de elaboración, implementación y evaluación de APP en las escuelas del sistema educativo municipal ubicado en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro. A través de entrevistas semiestructuradas y análisis de documentos, buscamos identificar el problema de la existencia y vitalidad de PPP en el concreto de las escuelas municipales de Río de Janeiro. Después del análisis documental y los discursos de los entrevistados, concluimos que existe una centralización en la toma de decisiones en la mayoría de las escuelas observadas y lo que nos permitió llegar a tal conclusión fueron los discursos de los sujetos mismos y la realidad de la vida cotidiana que mostró la ausencia de una democracia. de hecho.O presente trabalho constitui-se como parte de uma pesquisa que analisa alguns aspectos da inclusão das pessoas com deficiência na sociedade a qual vivem. Nossa pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar as questões referentes ao papel do Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP) na inclusão do sujeito com deficiência, analisamos ainda o processo de elaboração e implementação do mesmo, enfatizando a participação dos diversos segmentos que compõem a comunidade escolar no processo de elaboração, implementação e avaliação do PPP nas escolas da rede municipal de ensino localizado no município do Rio de Janeiro. Através de entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise documental, procuramos identificar a problemática da existência e vitalidade do PPP no concreto das escolas municipais do Rio de Janeiro.
