Resumo: | Day cares centers and pre-schools share caring with the family, which is fundamental to the child's development. However, it was up to this professional to build and consolidate this identity, understanding that early childhood education is not just drawing and playing, it is serious work, which demands care, knowledge and commitment to work. This time, a research was carried out in the municipal education network in the city of Itaúna-MG and São Miguel das Matas-BA with early childhood teachers, in which it was sought to highlight the training of professionals and their constitution, the identity of teachers belonging to the network and, mainly, the practice of the teacher of early childhood education in order to know and understand the working relationship of these professionals. The results indicate that early childhood teachers are advancing in the construction of their identity, investing in training and professional qualification, but the practice still presents several difficulties, mainly regarding inclusion. |

Históricamente, este profesional fue el encargado de construir y consolidar esta identidad, entendiendo que la educación infantil no es solo dibujar y jugar, es un trabajo serio, que exige cuidado, conocimiento y compromiso con el trabajo. En esta ocasión, se realizó una investigación en la red de educación municipal de la ciudad de Itaúna-MG y São Miguel das Matas-BA con docentes de educación infantil, en la que se buscó resaltar la formación de profesionales y su constitución, la identidad de los docentes. pertenencia a la red y, principalmente, la práctica del docente de educación infantil con el fin de conocer y comprender la relación laboral de estos profesionales. Los resultados indican que los docentes de primera infancia están avanzando en la construcción de su identidad, invirtiendo en la formación y calificación profesional, pero la práctica aún presenta varias dificultades, principalmente en lo que respecta a la inclusión.Creches e pré-escolas partilham com a família o cuidar, sendo este fundamental no desenvolvimento da criança. Historicamente ficou a cargo desse profissional construir e consolidar essa identidade, entendendo que educação infantil não é só desenhar e brincar, é um trabalho sério, que demanda cuidado, conhecimento e comprometimento com o trabalho. Desta feita, realizou-se uma pesquisa na rede municipal de educação na cidade de Itaúna-MG e São Miguel das Matas-BA com os professores de educação infantil, na qual se buscou evidenciar a formação dos profissionais e sua constituição, a identidade dos professores pertencentes à rede e, principalmente, a prática do professor de educação infantil com o intuito de conhecer e compreender a relação de trabalho desses profissionais.
