CRAFTSMANSHIP, DIALOGUE AND COOPERATION: A PERSPECTIVE FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DIDACTICS

Resumo: This paper has as objective to reflect about artisanal teaching on early childhood education from three concepts resized by the North American sociologist Richard Sennett: craftsmanship, cooperation and dialogue. When transposing concepts of the world of work, broadening them to think about early childhood education pedagogical actions, it is possible to start an interesting discussion, fracturing binary conceptions of teaching formation, such as theory vs. practice, sensitive vs. rational, technical vs. artistic, critic vs. instrumental. The reflection is based on selected empirical material from a research in which Brazilian and Italian researchers were interviewed about the relation between didactics and early childhood education in 2018. It is considered that the artisan teacher’s understanding, which weaves practices with children from a cooperative and dialogical relation, constitutes a powerful perspective to think about didactics on early childhood education.

Al transponer los conceptos del mundo del trabajo, expandiéndolos para pensar en las acciones pedagógicas en la educación infantil, es posible construir una interesante discusión que rompa con los binarismos de la formación docente, como teoría y práctica, sensible y racional, técnico y artístico, crítico e instrumental. La reflexión es hecha a partir del material empírico recortado de una pesquisa que implicó la realización de entrevistas con pesquisidores brasileños e italianos sobre las relaciones entre la didáctica y la educación infantil en el año de 2018. Es considerado que la compresión de un maestro artesano, que teje las practicas con los niños a partir de una relación de cooperación y dialogo, constituye una perspectiva potente para pensar en la didáctica en la educación infantil.O texto tem como objetivo refletir sobre uma docência artesanal na Educação Infantil a partir de três conceitos redimensionados pelo sociólogo norte-americano Richard Sennett: artesania, cooperação e dialogia. Ao transpor os conceitos do mundo do trabalho, ampliando-os para pensar as ações pedagógicas da Educação Infantil, é possível construir uma interessante discussão, rompendo com os binarismos da formação docente, como teoria x prática, sensível x racional, técnico x artístico, crítico x instrumental. A reflexão é feita a partir de material empírico recortado de uma pesquisa que envolveu a realização de entrevistas com pesquisadores brasileiros e italianos sobre as relações entre a Didática e a Educação Infantil no ano de 2018.
