Science in the final years of elementary school: a systematic literature review

Resumo: Science teaching stimulates students' questioning and logical reasoning, allowing them to develop citizens capable of facing and solving contemporary obstacles. In addition, this area of knowledge is relevant to students in the final years of elementary school, for collaborating with the understanding of mechanisms that occur in their daily lives. In view of this, this article aimed to present a systematic review of the literature on the subjects of teaching science, science in the ninth year of the final grades and training of science teachers, in works published in the period from 2015 to 2019. In order to identify research contributions related to these issues. In this perspective, the survey was carried out on the CAPES Periódicos Portal, considering that it is considered one of the main virtual resources for academic research. 10 papers were found referring to the descriptors. The results obtained showed the absence of research associated with the analyzed themes, contributing to the relevance of studies of this nature in the academic environment. Therefore, we highlight the need for carrying out new studies in this area, with the aim of expanding knowledge regarding the teaching of Science in the final years of Elementary School.

Además, esta área de conocimiento es relevante para los estudiantes en los últimos años de la escuela primaria, por colaborar con la comprensión de los mecanismos que ocurren en su vida diaria. En vista de esto, este artículo tuvo como objetivo presentar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre los temas de enseñanza de ciencias, ciencias en el noveno año de los grados finales y capacitación de docentes de ciencias, en trabajos publicados en el período de 2015 a 2019. Para identificar contribuciones de investigación relacionadas con estos temas. Por lo tanto, destacamos la necesidad de llevar a cabo nuevos estudios en esta área, con el objetivo de ampliar el conocimiento sobre la enseñanza de las ciencias en los últimos años de la escuela primaria.O ensino de Ciências estimula o questionamento e o raciocínio lógico dos discentes, proporcionando desenvolver cidadãos capazes de enfrentar e solucionar obstáculos contemporâneos. Além disso, essa área do conhecimento é relevante aos estudantes nos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, por colaborar com a compreensão de mecanismos que ocorrem em seu cotidiano. Diante disso, este artigo teve como objetivo apresentar uma revisão sistemática de literatura referente aos temas de ensino ciências, ciências no nono ano das séries finais e formação de professores de ciências, em trabalhos publicados no período de 2015 à 2019. A fim de, identificar as contribuições de pesquisas relacionadas a esses assuntos. Nessa perspectiva, o levantamento foi realizado no Portal Periódicos da CAPES, tendo em vista que é considerado um dos principais recursos virtuais de pesquisas acadêmicas. Foram encontrados 10 trabalhos referentes aos descritores. Os resultados obtidos mostraram a ausência de pesquisas associadas aos temas analisados, contribuindo para a relevância de estudos dessa natureza no meio acadêmico.
