Resumo: | Objective: To (re)mean nursing care, through permanent education based on the Learning Incubator. Method: Research-action conducted from a process of permanent education in health, based on the Learning Incubator, between July and December 2018, with the participation of Nursing professionals. Among the demands suggested by nursing managers of a teaching hospital, the following themes were considered for the (re)significance of Nursing care: Vital signs, Body hygiene, Oral hygiene and Isolation precautions. Results: From the data analyzed, there were three thematic categories: Distinguishing the technical, routine and mechanized dimensions of care; Attributing meanings to Nursing care; (Re)thinking professional attitudes and postures. Final considerations: (Re)meaning nursing care implies the induction of critical-reflexive strategies. Permanent health education, based on the Learning Incubator, is a prospective artifice for the (re)thinking of professional attitudes and postures, crystallized by traditional reproductive and fragmented knowledge. |

Método: Investigación-acción conducida a partir del proceso de educación permanente en salud, com base en la Incubadora de Aprendizaje, entre julio y diciembre de 2018, con la participación de profesionales de Enfermería. Entre las demandas sugeridas por gestores de enfermería de un hospital de enseñanza, se consideró para la (re) significación del cuidado de Enfermería las temáticas: Señales vitales, Higiene corporal, Higiene oral y Precauciones de aislamiento. Resultados: De los datos analizados resultaron tres categorías temáticas: Distinguiendo la dimensión técnica, rutinaria y mecanizada del cuidado; Atribuyendo significados al cuidado de Enfermería; (Re) pensando actitudes y posturas profesionales. Consideraciones finales: (Re) significar el cuidado de enfermería implica la inducción de estrategias crítico-reflexivas. La educación permanente en salud, com base en la Incubadora de Aprendizaje, se constituye en artificio prospectivo para el (re) pensar de actitudes y posturas profesionales, cristalizadas por el saber tradicional reproductor y fragmentado.Objetivo: (Re)significar o cuidado de enfermagem, por meio da educação permanente mediada pela Incubadora de Aprendizagem. Método: Pesquisa-ação conduzida a partir de processo de educação permanente em saúde, mediado pela Incubadora de Aprendizagem, entre julho e dezembro de 2018, com a participação de Técnicos de Enfermagem. Dentre as demandas sugeridas por gestores de um hospital de ensino, considerou-se para a (re)significação do cuidado de enfermagem as temáticas: Sinais vitais, Higiene corporal, Higiene oral e Precauções de isolamento. Resultados: Dos dados analisados resultaram três unidades temáticas: Distinguindo a dimensão técnica, rotineira e mecanizada do cuidado; Atribuindo significados ao cuidado de enfermagem; (Re)pensando atitudes e posturas profissionais. Considerações finais: (Re)significar o cuidado em saúde implica na indução de estratégias crítico-reflexivas.
