The teaching rose in distance education: new perspectives for pedagogical work

Resumo: In recent years, there has been a significant growth in the offer of distance learning courses and the need for training teachers who can act and meet this logic and the context mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (TICs). This text intends to discuss the role of teachers and their performance in the Higher Workplace Safety Course in distance learning. It is intended, therefore, to present the theoretical foundation that substantiates the pedagogical action of the teacher in the face of the work carried out in higher education courses, as well as the role performed in relation to the work developed in Higher Education in Distance Education. This qualitative research is characterized as exploratory and descriptive, with approaches to the case study and bibliographic and documentary research. Observations were made during pedagogical workshops with 11 teachers who work in distance education at the State University of Maranhão. The data obtained were analyzed using an approximation with the Bardin Content Analysis technique. It was observed that the teacher assumes, together with the multidisciplinary team, the challenge of producing materials and technological resources that favor learning, enabling the student to be the active subject. The teacher in this scenario aims to be the mediator, developing important skills as a researcher, encourager and creator of a learning situation that enable teaching in distance learning.

Este texto tiene la intención de discutir el papel de los maestros y su desempeño en el Curso Superior de Seguridad en el Lugar de Trabajo en la educación a distancia (DE). Se pretende, por tanto, presentar los fundamentos teóricos que fundamentan la acción pedagógica del docente frente al trabajo realizado en los cursos de educación superior, así como el papel desempeñado en relación con el trabajo desarrollado en la Educación Superior en Educación a Distancia. Esta investigación cualitativa se caracteriza por ser exploratoria y descriptiva, con enfoques para el estudio de casos y la investigación bibliográfica y documental. Se realizaron observaciones durante talleres pedagógicos con 11 maestros que trabajan en educación a distancia en la Universidad Estatal de Maranhão. Los datos obtenidos se analizaron utilizando una aproximación con la técnica de análisis de contenido de Bardin. Se observó que el profesor asume, junto con el equipo multidisciplinario, el desafío de producir materiales y recursos tecnológicos que favorezcan el aprendizaje, permitiendo que el alumno sea el sujeto activo. El profesor en este escenario pretende ser el mediador, desarrollando habilidades importantes como investigador, animador y creador de una situación de aprendizaje que permita la enseñanza en el aprendizaje a distancia.Nos últimos anos destaca-se o crescimento significativo da oferta de cursos na modalidade EaD e a necessidade de formação de docentes que possam atuar e atender a essa lógica e ao contexto mediado pelas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TICs). O presente texto pretende discutir sobre o papel dos docentes e sua atuação no Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Segurança do Trabalho na modalidade a distância (EaD). Pretende-se apresentar, portanto, a fundamentação teórica que consubstancia a ação pedagógica do docente frente ao trabalho realizado nos cursos superiores com destarte à função desempenhada frente ao trabalho desenvolvido no Ensino Superior da EaD. A referida investigação qualitativa, caracteriza-se como exploratória e descritiva, com aproximações ao estudo de caso e à pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Para a coleta de dados foi realizada a pesquisa documental a partir do projeto pedagógico do curso em estudo; além de observações sistemáticas durante quatro oficinas pedagógicas realizadas com os docentes que atuam na modalidade EaD na Universidade Estadual do Maranhão. Os dados obtidos foram analisados por uma aproximação com a técnica da Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin. Observou-se que o docente assume juntamente com a equipe multidisciplinar o desafio de produzir materiais e recursos tecnológicos que favoreçam a aprendizagem, possibilitando que o aluno seja o sujeito ativo.
