Sociobiodiversity and Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security as an inseparable right to adequate and healthy food

Resumo: | Biodiversity is essential for a decent and fair life. Thus, this study aimed to contextualize sociobiodiversity and Sovereignty and Food and Nutritional Security (SFNS) as an inseparable right to adequate and healthy food. Searches were done on the CAPES Journal Portal, FSTA – Food Science and Technology Science Direct, SciELO, Academic Google, gray literature and the United Nations (UN) portal; Ministry of the Environment – MMA of Brazil, Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition - BFN and specific legislation on the subject studied. The review showed the importance of a healthy and sustainable food systems strategy, through cross-cutting actions as a governance policy to mitigate social injustice, to boost people's economics, to promote actions of biodiversity, sustainability and food and nutrition security as a right to adequate food and healthy to traditional communities, family farmers, agroecological producers and agrarian reform settlers who have the land as their livelihood. In addition, they promote the sustainable environment as a goal for the 2030 SDG, helping humanity to face the global challenges of social injustice as the right to adequate and healthy food. |

Así, este estudio tuvo como objetivo contextualizar la sociobiodiversidad y Soberanía y Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional (SSAN) como un derecho inseparable a una alimentación adecuada y saludable. Las búsquedas se realizaron en el sitio web de periódicos del CAPES, FSTA - Food Science and Technology Science Direct, SciELO, Google Académico, literatura gris y en el portal de las Naciones Unidas (ONU); Ministerio de Medio Ambiente – MMA en Brasil, Biodiversidad para la Alimentación y la Nutrición - BFN y legislación específica sobre el tema estudiado. La revisión mostró la importancia de las estrategias de sistemas alimentarios saludables y sostenibles, a través de acciones transversales en las políticas de gobernanza para mitigar la injusticia social, impulsar la economía de las personas, promover la biodiversidad, la sostenibilidad y las acciones de SSAN como derecho a una alimentación adecuada y saludable. Estas acciones promueven la generación de empleo, ingresos y mejor calidad de vida de familias campesinas, comunidades tradicionales, productores agroecológicos y colonos de la reforma agraria que tienen la tierra como medio de vida. Además, promueven el medio ambiente sostenible como meta para el ODS 2030, ayudando a la humanidad a enfrentar los desafíos globales de la injusticia social como el derecho a una alimentación adecuada y saludable.A biodiversidade é fundamental para uma vida digna e justa. Assim, o presente trabalho teve como objetivo contextualizar a sociobiodiversidade e Soberania e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional (SSAN) como um direito indissociável à alimentação adequada e saudável. As buscas foram realizadas no Portal de periódicos CAPES, FSTA – Food Science and Technology Science Direct, SciELO, Google Acadêmico, literatura cinzenta e portal de Organização das Nações Unidas (UN), Ministério do Meio Ambiente - MMA, Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition – BFN e legislações especificas. A revisão mostrou a importância de estratégias de sistemas alimentares saudáveis e sustentáveis, mediante ações transversais em políticas de governança para mitigar a injustiça social, impulsionar a econômica dos povos, promover ações de biodiversidade, sustentabilidade e SSAN como direito à alimentação adequada e saudável. Essas ações promovem a geração de emprego, renda e melhor qualidade de vida das famílias de agricultores, às comunidades tradicionais, produtores agroecológicos e assentados da reforma agrária que tem a terra como seu sustento.
