Resumo: | Playfulness is capable of providing, in the school environment, a space for integration, which encourages the student to be more participatory, encouraging him to build his knowledge. In this context, the present work aimed to identify the contributions of the game "Corrida dos spermatozoides" associated with expository classes for the teaching of biology to students of the second year of high school. The project was developed in the public school of education in the city of Santarém-PA. In 2nd grade high school classes. Playful strategies were worked with expository samples and games. Initially, a pre-test was applied containing ten objective questions, in order to verify the students' prior knowledge on the subject, after the playfulness a post-test was applied. It was observed through the applications of the project, that the use of playful strategies provided a space for interaction, motivation and creativity, enabling the construction of knowledge in a collective way and establishing ways to explore other spaces, transforming the classroom into a place of generation of knowledge. |

En este contexto, el presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar las contribuciones del juego "Corrida dos spermatozoides" asociado a las clases expositivas para la enseñanza de la biología a estudiantes del segundo año de la enseñanza media. El proyecto fue desarrollado en la escuela pública de educación de la ciudad de Santarém-PA. En las clases de 2do grado de secundaria. Se trabajaron estrategias lúdicas con muestras expositivas y juegos. Inicialmente se aplicó un pre-test que contenía diez preguntas objetivas, con el fin de verificar los conocimientos previos de los estudiantes sobre el tema, luego de la lúdica se aplicó un post-test. O projeto foi desenvolvido na escola pública de educação no município de Santarém-PA, em turmas do 2º do ensino médio. Foram trabalhadas estratégias lúdicas com amostras expositivas e jogos. Inicialmente foi aplicado um pré-teste contendo dez perguntas objetivas, com intuito de verificar o conhecimento prévio dos alunos sobre o assunto, após a aplicação da atividade lúdica foi realizado um pós-teste.
