Resumo: This work is about the experience reporto f two multiparous women who had one of their births violated and the other in a humanizes way. This research aims to distinguish humanized childbirth from obstetric violence and how they impact the woman’s experience. The main approach used was the semi-structured interview to collect the stories of the two interviewess. After the exploratory field work, the answers were analyzed, grouping the ideas and making them more specific. With this study, it was possible to prove that humanization at the time of childbirth makes a difference, bringing benefits to the mother and newborn, while obstetric violence affects.

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo distinguir el parto humanizado de la violencia obstétrica y como impactan em la experiência de las mujeres. Como abordaje principal, se utilizó la entrevista semiestructurada para recoger los relatos de los dos entrevistados. Después del trabajo de campo exploratório, se analizaron las respuestas, agrupando las ideas y concretándolas. Com este estúdio se pudo comprovar que la humanización em el momento del parto hace la diferencia, trayendo benefícios para la madre y el recién nacido, mientras que la violencia obstétrica incide negativamente, provocando baja autoestima, negación, trauma y temores de futuros embarazos. En ese contexto, es fundamental que los profesionales de la salud sepan acoger y dar a luz de forma humana, sin utilizar intervenciones innecesarias, teniendo en cuenta el deseo de la parturiente, priorizando la vida de la madre y el feto.Este trabalho trata-se do relato de experiência de duas multíparas que tiveram um de seus partos violentados e outro de forma humanizada. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo distinguir o parto humanizado das violências obstétricas e como elas impactam na vivência da mulher. Como abordagem principal foi utilizada a entrevista semiestruturada para coletar as histórias das duas entrevistadas. Após o trabalho exploratório de campo as respostas foram analisadas, agrupando as ideias e tornando-as mais específicas. Com esse estudo foi possível comprovar que a humanização na hora do parto faz a diferença trazendo benefícios para a mãe e recém-nascido, enquanto que a violência obstétrica afeta negativamente, ocasionando baixa autoestima, negação, traumas, e medos de próximas gestações.
