People management and leadership in the Company: the leader in the face of organizational changes

Resumo: The present study aims to investigate the profile of the leader in people management in modern companies in the face of changes in a generic way in the world and a marked impact on the business world. The development of the study is justified by the fact that it can show a society that, in globalized times, computerized processes and intense competition, as companies came to need even more efficient management systems and competent leadership, in order to develop the best of its teams and competences and provide products and services with better quality and faster delivery. In terms of applied research methodology, this is a literature review that aims to address and present the thoughts of the authors consulted on the topic proposed in the study and then reach the objectives proposed in this study. It was concluded that the leader must have a motivating profile, showing individual conduct and enthusiasm and thus become a symbol of conduct, in addition to approaching employees in particular, with a pattern of dispersing an excitement. Therefore, the leader needs to seek success to create a sense of improvement throughout the change.

El desarrollo del estudio se justifica por el hecho de que puede mostrar una sociedad que, en tiempos de globalización, procesos informatizados y una intensa competencia, como empresas llegaron a necesitar sistemas de gestión aún más eficientes y un liderazgo competente, para poder desarrollar lo mejor de sus equipos y competencias y proporcionar productos y servicios con mejor calidad y entrega más rápida. En cuanto a la metodología de la investigación aplicada, se trata de una revisión de la literatura que tiene como objetivo abordar y presentar las reflexiones de los autores consultados sobre el tema propuesto en el estudio y luego alcanzar los objetivos propuestos en este estudio. Se concluyó que el líder debe tener un perfil motivador, mostrando conducta y entusiasmo individual y así convertirse en un símbolo de conducta, además de acercarse a los empleados en particular, con un patrón de dispersión de la ilusión. Por lo tanto, el líder debe buscar el éxito para crear una sensación de mejora durante el cambio.O presente estudo tem por objetivo investigar qual o perfil do líder na gestão de pessoas em empresas modernas frente as alterações de uma maneira genérica no mundo e acentuado impacto no mundo empresarial. O desenvolvimento do estudo se justifica pelo fato de poder mostrar para a sociedade que, em tempos globalizados, de processos informatizados e de intensa concorrência, as empresas advieram a precisar ainda mais de sistemas de gestão eficazes e lideranças competentes, para assim poder aproveitar o melhor de suas equipes e competências e proporcionar produtos e serviços com melhor qualidade e rapidez de entrega. Em se tratando da metodologia de pesquisa aplicada, esta trata-se de uma revisão de literatura que possui como objetivo abordar e apresentar os pensamentos dos autores consultados sobre o tema proposto no estudo para em seguida chegar aos objetivos propostos no presente estudo. Concluiu-se que o líder deve ter um perfil motivador, evidenciando uma conduta e entusiasmo individual e assim tornar-se um símbolo da conduta, além de abordar os colaboradores particularmente, com a finalidade de dispersar a empolgação.
