Resumo: | Over the years, the digital social media are present in the people daily lives, such as possibilities for socialization, marketing, dialogue, among others. However, social networks are increasingly present in the academic environment, and in an informal way, it is common to come across the studies groups in online networks, which students of a series, grade or a course, share knowledge and discussions about content, difficulties and experiences. Such groups and aspects may favor and contribute to the academic journey of these students, which may assist in research work or make doubts understandable of a certain content. Thus, in order to use social networks as an instrument in the teaching and learning process, this work aims to propose an approach to an academic content management site integrated with the Facebook social network. This site can provide an environment in which students can get information about jobs, grades and materials, and enable integration among users. The methodology used was qualitative research and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire for data collection. As final considerations, it is expected that the results of this work will be of great importance for the academic environment, allowing a better understanding of the interaction between students and teachers in these cooperation networks, being that Facebook was suitable for educational environments, since it is widely used by students. |

Sin embargo, las redes sociales están ganando espacio también en el ambiente académico, y de una manera informal, es común encontrarse con grupos de estudios en redes en línea, que estudiantes de una clase o un curso, comparten conocimiento y generan discusiones sobre contenidos , dificultades y experiencias. Tales grupos, favorecen y contribuyen con la jornada académica de esos estudiantes, pudiendo auxiliar en trabajos de investigación o hacer comprensible dudas de un determinado contenido. Por lo tanto, con el propósito de utilizar estas redes sociales como instrumento en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, este trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer un abordaje de un site de gestión de contenido académico, integrado a la red social Facebook. Este site proporciona un ambiente en el que los alumnos pueden obtener información sobre trabajos, notas y materiales, además de posibilitar una objetiva integración en la relación entre los usuarios. El encaminamiento metodológico utilizado fue el de la investigación cualitativa y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario como aporte para el análisis de los resultados. Como consideraciones finales, se espera que los resultados de este trabajo sean de gran importancia para el ambiente académico, posibilitando entender mejor la interacción entre alumnos y profesores en esas redes de cooperación, siendo que Facebook fue adecuado para el ambiente educativo, ya que, ampliamente utilizado por los alumnos y que los mismos lo acceden constantemente.Ao passar dos anos, as mídias sociais digitais estão presentes no cotidiano das pessoas, como possibilidades de socialização, propaganda, diálogo, entre outros. Contudo, as redes sociais estão a cada dia mais presente no ambiente acadêmico, e de uma maneira informal, é comum se deparar com grupos de estudos em redes on-line, o qual alunos de uma série, grade ou um curso, compartilham conhecimento e geram discussões sobre conteúdos, dificuldades e experiências. Tais grupos e aspectos, podem favorer e contribuir com a jornada acadêmica desses alunos, podendo auxiliar em trabalhos de busca/pesquisa ou tornar compreensível dúvidas de um determinado conteúdo. Desse modo, a fim de utilizar as redes sociais como instrumento no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem, este trabalho tem visa propor uma abordagem de um site de gerenciamento de conteúdo acadêmico, integrado à rede social Facebook. Esse site pode proporcionar um ambiente no qual os alunos podem obter informações sobre trabalhos, notas e materiais, além de possibilitar a integração entre os usuários. O encaminhamento metodológico utilizado foi o da pesquisa qualitativa e o instrumento de coleta de dados foi o questionário para a coleta dos dados.
