Health teaching-learning process in the scenario of digital information and communication technologies

Resumo: | This is an integrative literature review, with the purpose of highlighting and raising reflections on the main characteristics of the teaching-learning process in health using digital information and communication technologies (TDIC), based on scientific publications indexed in the database from the Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) and MENDELEY between 2013 and 2017. Valuable results were found evidencing knowledge production and propagation through these technologies. Obstacles were also found to curb their full use. However, the results were perceived as satisfactory in the sphere of users, managers and health professionals. The TDIC presented itself as an excellent vehicle for the teaching-learning process. |

Se encontraron resultados valiosos que evidencian la producción y propagación del conocimiento a través de estas tecnologías. También se descubrió que los obstáculos frenaban su uso completo. Sin embargo, los resultados se percibieron como satisfactorios en el ámbito de los usuarios, gerentes y profesionales de la salud. Las TDIC se presentó como un excelente vehículo para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.Trata-se de revisão integrativa da literatura, com o propósito de suscitar reflexões sobre as principais características do processo ensino-aprendizagem na saúde utilizando as tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação (TDIC), tendo como base as publicações científicas indexadas na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e a MENDELEY entre 2013 e 2017. Foram encontrados resultados valiosos lançando luz em um novo cenário de produção e propagação de conhecimento através destas tecnologias. Também foram encontrados obstáculos freando sua plena utilização. No entanto, os resultados foram percebidos como satisfatórios na esfera dos usuários, gestores e profissionais de saúde.
