Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice in Multiprofessional Health Residences in hospital context

Resumo: Objective: to understand how the practices in the Multiprofessional Residency in Health in the hospital context favor Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice and how they contribute to the expansion of interprofessional actions. Method: document analysis, carried out through theses and dissertations, with data search in February 2022. Data were analyzed using content analysis, with the aid of the ATLAS.ti 9 Software. Results: 15 documents were included for analysis of content. The analysis resulted in 40 units of meaning, eight units of context and two final categories of discussion. Final Considerations: the Multiprofessional Residency in Health is important to foster interprofessional practices. The perspective of a multi-professional team increases the possibilities for the development of Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice, but there are challenges for there to be, in fact, collaboration between professionals.

Método: análisis de documentos, realizado a través de tesis y disertaciones, con búsqueda de datos en el mes de febrero de 2022. Los datos fueron analizados mediante análisis de contenido, con la ayuda del Software ATLAS.ti 9. Resultados: se incluyeron 15 documentos para análisis de contenido. El análisis resultó en 40 unidades de significado, ocho unidades de contexto y dos categorías finales de discusión. Consideraciones finales: la Residencia Multiprofesional en Salud es importante para incentivar prácticas interprofesionales. La perspectiva de un equipo multidisciplinario aumenta las posibilidades de desarrollar la Educación Interprofesional y la Práctica Colaborativa, pero existen desafíos para que haya, de hecho, colaboración entre profesionales.Objetivo: compreender como as práticas na Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde no contexto hospitalar favorecem a Educação Interprofissional e a Prática Colaborativa e de que forma contribuem para a ampliação de ações interprofissionais. Método: análise documental, realizada por meio de teses e dissertações, com busca de dados no mês de fevereiro de 2022. Os dados foram analisados mediante análise de conteúdo, com auxílio do Software ATLAS.ti 9. Resultados: Foram incluídos 15 documentos para análise de conteúdo. A análise resultou em 40 unidades de sentido, oito unidades de contexto e duas categorias finais de discussão. Considerações Finais: a Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde é importante para fomentar as práticas interprofissionais.
