Problematizations about the discipline of Libras as a second language for the discursive practice of teaching and learning in higher education institutions in the State of Rio Grande do Sul

Resumo: The field of teaching and learning for the development of knowledge is a constant movement of discursive practices about the relationships between subjects for the training process by the problematizing bias of new learning, perceived for the present research, the discipline of Libras, in the condition of second tongue. Concatenating with the theme, the objective of the research is to analyze the offer of Libras as a second language for listeners in the Licentiate courses of Higher Education Institutions in Rio Grande do Sul. The exploratory research surrounds the treatment of access to the teaching plans of HEI institutions, totaling 24 Institutions. The data were evidenced from the construction of a cataloged table and later analyzed. For the debate of results and discussions, the discipline of Libras has to be practical, but as Libras also encompasses culture, history and permeates the life of a people, making it necessary to deepen the relevant theoretical knowledge of language and its interactions pedagogical practices, whether in the theoretical and practical fields, thus providing opportunities for students to build knowledge about the way of life of the deaf, their practices and the social development of collective experiences in education.

La investigación exploratoria envuelve el tratamiento del acceso a los planes de enseñanza de las instituciones de IES, totalizando 24 Instituciones. Los datos fueron evidenciados a partir de la construcción de una tabla catalogada y posteriormente analizada. Para el debate de resultados y discusiones, la disciplina de Libras tiene que ser práctica, pero como Libras también engloba la cultura, la historia y permea la vida de un pueblo, siendo necesario profundizar en los conocimientos teóricos pertinentes del lenguaje y sus interacciones prácticas pedagógicas, ya sea en los campos teórico y práctico, brindando así oportunidades para que los estudiantes construyan conocimientos sobre el modo de vida de los sordos, sus prácticas y el desarrollo social de experiencias colectivas en la educación.O campo do ensino e da aprendizagem para o desenvolvimento dos saberes constitui constante movimento das práticas discursivas acerca das relações entre os sujeitos para o processo formativo pelo viés problematizador de novos aprendizados, percebido para a presente pesquisa, a disciplina de Libras, na condição de segunda língua. Concatenando com a temática, o objetivo da pesquisa é analisar a oferta de Libras como segunda língua para ouvintes nos cursos de Licenciatura das Instituições de Ensino Superior do Rio Grande do Sul. A pesquisa exploratória circunda a tratativa de acessos aos planos de ensino de instituições de IES, totalizando 24 Instituições. Os dados evidenciaram-se a partir da construção de uma tabela catalogada e posteriormente analisada.
