Resumo: Tertiary Care or High Complexity is understood to be a set of highly specialized services, with high-density and high-cost technological resources. The objective is to evaluate the highly complex services of reference to assistance to people living with HIV / AIDS in Rio Grande do Norte. This work consists of a descriptive and analytical research developed in the services of high complexity in HIV / AIDS in Rio Grande do Norte, consisting of reference Hospitals of Infectocontagious Diseases, which took the codenames HGT and HRF. Secondary data from the reports issued by the institutions and the Ministry of Health were used, based on the Qualiaids Questionnaire (version 2017). Only the domains categorized in standard 0 (unsatisfactory) and discussed according to Bardin's Content Analysis (2009) were discussed. The research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee - CEP of the State University of Rio Grande do Norte - UERN under Opinion: 2,567,260. From the analysis of the 76 indicators present in Qualiaids, the HGT had 28 indicators classified in standard 0, being 12 of assistance, 07 of management and 09 of resources, while, the HRF had 17 indicators, being 06 of assistance, 06 of management and 05 resources. Similar realities are seen in both high complexity hospitals in the state, however, facing difficulties related to assistance, resources and management, however, according to the evaluation of the indicators, HRF is better structured in relation to HGT.

El objetivo es evaluar los servicios altamente complejos de referencia a la asistencia a las personas que viven con el VIH / SIDA en Rio Grande do Norte. Este trabajo consiste en una investigación descriptiva y analítica desarrollada en los servicios de alta complejidad en VIH / SIDA en Rio Grande do Norte, que consiste en hospitales de referencia de enfermedades infecciosas infecciosas, que tomaron los nombres en clave HGT y HRF. Se utilizaron datos secundarios de los informes emitidos por las instituciones y el Ministerio de Salud, basados en el Cuestionario de Qualiaids (versión 2017). Solo se discutieron los dominios categorizados en el estándar 0 (insatisfactorio) y discutidos de acuerdo con el Análisis de contenido de Bardin (2009). La investigación fue aprobada por el Comité de Ética en Investigación - CEP de la Universidad Estatal de Río Grande del Norte - UERN bajo la Opinión: 2,567,260. Del análisis de los 76 indicadores presentes en Qualiaids, el HGT tenía 28 indicadores clasificados en el estándar 0, siendo 12 de asistencia, 07 de gestión y 09 de recursos, mientras que el HRF tenía 17 indicadores, siendo 06 de asistencia, 06 de gestión y 05 recursos. Se observan realidades similares en ambos hospitales de alta complejidad en el estado, sin embargo, al enfrentar dificultades relacionadas con la asistencia, los recursos y la gestión, sin embargo, de acuerdo con la evaluación de los indicadores, HRF está mejor estructurado en relación con la HGT.A Atenção Terciária ou Alta Complexidade é compreendida por ser um conjunto de serviços altamente especializados, com recursos tecnológicos de alta densidade e de alto custo. Objetiva-se avaliar os serviços de alta complexidade de referência à assistência a pessoas vivendo com HIV/AIDS do Rio Grande do Norte. Este trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa descritiva e analítica desenvolvida nos serviços de alta complexidade em HIV/AIDS do Rio Grande do Norte, consistindo em Hospitais de Doenças Infectocontagiosas de referência, os quais assumiram os codinomes HGT e HRF. Utilizaram-se de dados secundários provenientes dos relatórios emitidos pelas instituições e Ministério da Saúde, a partir do Questionário Qualiaids (versão 2017). Discutiu-se apenas os domínios categorizados em padrão 0 (insatisfatório) e analisados conforme a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (2009). A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa – CEP da Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte – UERN sob Parecer: 2.567.260. A partir da análise dos 76 indicadores presentes no Qualiaids, o HGT teve 28 indicadores classificados no padrão 0, sendo 12 de assistência, 07 de gerenciamento e 09 de recursos, enquanto que, o HRF teve 17 indicadores, sendo 06 de assistência, 06 de gerenciamento e 05 de recursos.
