Teaching work, fundamental rights and protection of personal data in the technological Society

Resumo: The object of discussion of this article is the analysis of the relationship between teaching work, fundamental rights and protection of personal data in the technological society, in order to reflect on the process of intensifying the use of digital technologies in education, in order to know possible violations to the fundamental rights of subjects. The investigation used the methodology of bibliographical and documental research based on a dialectical materialist approach from the following question: to what extent does the stimulated insertion of digital technologies in education violate the fundamental rights of individuals? Among the results, it can be seen that the intensified use of digital technologies has a negative impact on teaching work relationships, as well as on the subjects' rights to privacy. In conclusion, it is highlighted that, for the work relationships of these professionals not to be negatively impacted by the use of technologies and to overcome the lack of privacy and protect the personal data of individuals in the technological society, we can base ourselves on the Freirean strategy of awareness of teachers and students about the pedagogical work, in addition to the strategy of the paradigm of the City of Feenberg, whose challenge is the use of technologies to be appropriated in a dialogic way.

La investigación utilizó la metodología bibliográfica y documental basada en un enfoque materialista dialéctico, a partir de la siguiente pregunta: ¿en qué medida la inserción estimulada de las tecnologías digitales en la educación vulnera los derechos fundamentales de las personas? Entre los resultados, notamos que el uso intensificado de las tecnologías digitales tiene un impacto negativo en las relaciones de trabajo docente, así como en los derechos a la privacidad de los sujetos. Como conclusión, destacamos que, para que las relaciones laborales de estos profesionales no se vean impactadas negativamente por el uso de las tecnologías y para superar la falta de privacidad y proteger los datos personales de las personas en la sociedad tecnológica, podemos basarnos en la estrategia Freireana de toma de conciencia de docentes y estudiantes sobre el trabajo pedagógico, además de la estrategia del paradigma de la Ciudad de Feenberg, cuyo desafío es el uso de las tecnologías para apropiarse de forma dialógica.O objeto de discussão deste artigo consiste na análise das relações entre trabalho docente, direitos fundamentais e proteção de dados pessoais na sociedade tecnológica, com o intuito de refletir acerca do processo de intensificação do uso de tecnologias digitais na educação, de modo a conhecer possíveis violações aos direitos fundamentais dos sujeitos. A investigação recorreu à metodologia da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental pautada em uma abordagem materialista dialética a partir do seguinte questionamento: até que ponto a inserção estimulada de tecnologias digitais na educação viola os direitos fundamentais dos indivíduos? Dentre os resultados, percebemos que a utilização intensificada das tecnologias digitais impacta negativamente nas relações de trabalho docente, assim como nos direitos à privacidade dos sujeitos.
