Resumo: Introduction: Heart failure is a serious chronic disease, with high morbidity and mortality, which brings limitations in daily life. Therefore, there is relevance of nursing actions to promote self-care for patients with heart failure. Objective: To analyze the scientific evidence on self-care assessment and the proposed non-pharmacological interventions in patients with heart failure. Method: This is an integrative review in databases carried out from March to April 2018. And for that, 24 articles were published in full, published between 2008 and 2018, referring to scales for measuring self-care of patients with impairment. cardiac. Conclusion: Above all, there was a diversity of interventions capable of supporting the improvement of the self-care behavior evaluated in patients with heart failure, whether under home, outpatient and hospital treatment.

Por tanto, existe relevancia de las acciones de enfermería para promover el autocuidado de los pacientes con insuficiencia cardíaca. Objetivo: Analizar la evidencia científica sobre la evaluación del autocuidado y las intervenciones no farmacológicas propuestas en pacientes con insuficiencia cardíaca. Método: Se trata de una revisión integradora en bases de datos realizada de marzo a abril de 2018. Para ello, se seleccionaron 24 artículos completos publicados entre 2008 y 2018, referidos a escalas para medir el autocuidado de pacientes con insuficiencia cardíaca. Conclusión: sobre todo, hubo diversidad de intervenciones capaces de apoyar la mejora del comportamiento de autocuidado evaluado en pacientes con insuficiencia cardíaca, ya sea en tratamiento domiciliario, ambulatorio y hospitalario.Introdução: A insuficiência cardíaca é uma grave doença crônica, com elevada morbimortalidade, e que traz limitações no cotidiano. Logo, há relevância das ações de enfermagem para promoção do autocuidado dos pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca. Objetivo: Analisar as evidências científicas sobre avaliação do autocuidado e as intervenções não farmacológicas propostas em pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa em bases de dados realizada no período de março a abril de 2018. E para tal, foram selecionados 24 artigos na íntegra publicados entre 2008 a 2018, referente a escalas de mensuração do autocuidado dos pacientes com insuficiência cardíaca.
