Resumo: The article shows reflections concerning the scholar management and the curricula of a field school by the eyes of interdisciplinarity. The study done is a result of a master’s research from the first author and raises discussion about the Pedagogical Proposal of this public teaching institution located in the city of Santa Maria, RS. This way, it is analyzed the constructions done to the context in which the school is inserted, and the interdisciplinary practices realized in the school from reflexive and formative conversation circles proposed to the educators and managers of the school. The research has a qualitative approach and of a case study. The Conversation Circles were done with all educators from the school, from Children’s Education, Lower Elementary School, Upper Elementary School and the school managers. The results show that the school has a history of valuing the knowledge from the field and from the community to which it is part of, with coherent and contextualized activities. It is concluded that the educators and the school community demonstrate in their actions, the feeling of belonging to the field school Project, based on respect, collaboration and collective commitment of all involved, showing that it is possible to make the difference in education and in the quality of the teaching to be offered.

El estudio es el resultado de la investigación de maestría de la primera autora y trae discusiones sobre la Propuesta Pedagógica de esta institución educativa pública ubicada en la ciudad de Santa Maria, RS. De esta forma, se analiza, las construcciones relacionadas con el contexto en el que se inserta la escuela y las prácticas interdisciplinarias llevadas a cabo en la escuela basada en rondas de conversaciones reflexivas y formativas propuestas a los maestros y gerentes de esa institución. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, del tipo de estudio de caso. Los círculos de conversación fueron realizadas con todos los maestros asignados a la escuela, Educación Infantil, Años Iniciales, Años Finales de la Enseñanza Primaria  y el equipo directivo. Los resultados indican que la escuela presenta una trayectoria de valorización al conocimiento del campo y la comunidad, que se inserta con actividades coherentes y contextualizadas. Se concluye que los maestros y la comunidad escolar demuestran en sus acciones un sentido de pertenencia al proyecto de escuela rural, basado en el respeto, la colaboración y el compromiso colectivo de todos los involucrados, lo que demuestra que es posible hacer una diferencia en la educación y la calidad de la enseñanza a ser ofrecido.O artigo apresenta reflexões sobre a gestão escolar e o currículo de uma escola do campo pelo viés da interdisciplinaridade. O estudo realizado é resultado da pesquisa de mestrado da primeira autora e traz discussões sobre a Proposta Pedagógica dessa instituição pública de ensino, localizada no município de Santa Maria, RS. Desse modo, analisam-se as construções relacionadas ao contexto em que a escola está inserida, bem como as práticas interdisciplinares efetivadas na escola a partir de rodas de conversas reflexivas e formativas propostas aos educadores e gestores da instituição. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso. As rodas de conversa foram realizadas com todos os educadores lotados na escola, sendo eles: da Educação Infantil, Anos Iniciais, Anos Finais do Ensino Fundamental e equipe gestora. Os resultados apontam que a escola apresenta uma trajetória de valorização aos saberes do campo e da comunidade a qual se insere com atividades coerentes e contextualizadas.
