Resumo: | Report the experience of identifying stressors in the academic environment. This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type, based on the Problematization Methodology, according to the Arch of Maguerez, carried out by students of the Nursing course at the University of the State of Pará (UEPA) for Integrated Health Actions (AIS). As a result, based on the students' reports, it was possible to identify the main stressors, namely: adaptation to the academic environment, excessive academic activities, impaired social life, and the relationship with other psychological problems, such as anxiety. In view of this, the lived experience was of great relevance, since this study allowed us a greater understanding of the theme, with regard to the panorama of the occurrence of stress among academics and the possibilities of coping. Also, the meaning of the Problematization Methodology is highlighted, since it brings the student closer to reality, which enables the improvement of faster and more effective resolution skills. |

Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, del tipo relato de experiencia, basado en la Metodología de Problematización, según el Arco de Maguerez, realizado por estudiantes del curso de Enfermería de la Universidad del Estado de Pará (UEPA) para Acciones Integradas de Salud (AIS). Como resultado, con base en los relatos de los estudiantes, fue posible identificar los principales estresores, a saber: la adaptación al ambiente académico, el exceso de actividades académicas, el deterioro de la vida social y la relación con otros problemas psicológicos, como la ansiedad. Frente a eso, la experiencia vivida fue de gran relevancia, ya que este estudio nos permitió una mayor comprensión del tema, en cuanto al panorama de la ocurrencia del estrés entre los académicos y las posibilidades de enfrentamiento. Asimismo, se destaca el significado de la Metodología de Problematización, ya que acerca al estudiante a la realidad, lo que posibilita el perfeccionamiento de habilidades resolutivas más rápidas y efectivas.Relatar a experiência da identificação de fatores estressores no ambiente acadêmico. Trata- se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, baseado na Metodologia da Problematização, segundo o Arco de Maguerez, realizada por discentes do curso de Enfermagem da Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA) para às Ações Integradas em Saúde (AIS). Como resultado, a partir do relato dos graduandos foi possível identificar os principais estressores, sendo estes: adaptação ao ambiente acadêmico, excesso de atividades acadêmicas, vida social prejudicada, e a relação com outros problemas psicológicos, como a ansiedade.
