The interface between teacher continuing education and the inclusion of students with special educational needs

Resumo: | The movement in favor of work that meets the needs of students with special educational assistance has been intensifying in the last decade, based on the premise that independence can contribute to the socialization of students who need to have the chance to develop. socially and intellectually. In this sense, the present study aims to present aspects related to the continuing education of teachers regarding the inclusion of students with Special Educational Needs-SEN. In this perspective, in order to have a systematic review of the literature, we chose to carry out a bibliographic, systematic study. In this way, we seek a literature review that permeates the entire data analysis process of our study. The results obtained show that continuing education has been pointed out as a vector of professionalization capable not only of incorporating concrete devices of creativity, responsibility, trust and constructive evaluation, but also of placing the teacher and his work at the center of attention in the face of challenges that permeate Inclusive Education. Furthermore, the continuing education in the inclusion of students with SEN, search for knowledge and improvement that allows the teacher to order teaching methodologies, which are presented as subsidies for a humanized action. |

En ese sentido, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo presentar aspectos relacionados con la formación continua de los docentes en cuanto a la inclusión de alumnos con Necesidades Educativas Especiales-NEE. En esta perspectiva, para tener una revisión sistemática de la literatura, optamos por realizar un estudio bibliográfico, sistemático. De esta forma, buscamos una revisión bibliográfica que permee todo el proceso de análisis de datos de nuestro estudio. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la educación continua ha sido señalada como un vector de profesionalización capaz no sólo de incorporar dispositivos concretos de creatividad, responsabilidad, confianza y evaluación constructiva, sino también de colocar al docente y su trabajo en el centro de atención de cara de desafíos que permean la Educación Inclusiva. Además, la formación permanente en la inclusión de los estudiantes con NEE, busca el conocimiento y superación que le permita al docente ordenar metodologías de enseñanza, las cuales se presentan como subsidios para una acción humanizada.O movimento em prol de um trabalho que atenda às necessidades, junto aos alunos portadores de auxílio educativo especial vem se intensificando na última década, baseado na premissa de que, a independência pode contribuir para a socialização dos alunos que precisam ter a chance de se desenvolver social e intelectualmente. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo tem como objetivo apresentar aspectos relacionados a formação continuada de professores no que cerne a inclusão do aluno com Necessidades Educativa Especiais-NEE. Nessa perspectiva, para que tenhamos uma revisão sistemática da literatura optamos por fazer um estudo bibliográfico, sistemático. Desse modo, buscamos por uma revisão de literária que permeie todo o processo de análise de dados de nosso estudo. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a formação continuada vem sendo apontada como vetor de profissionalização capaz não só de incorporar dispositivos concretos de criatividade, responsabilidade, confiança e avaliação construtiva, mas também de colocar o professor e o seu trabalho no centro das atenções frente a desafios que permeiam a Educação Inclusiva.
