Resumo: | Education is a social complex that maintains a relationship of dependence and autonomy with work. In the context of industrialization when Toyotism occurred, the world of work was already being deeply affected by Taylorism and Fordism, with the exploitation of labor by capital, as repetitive, fragmented forms of work were expanded and child labor was included. , etc; the forms of formal work and artisanal work were reduced. As a new way of producing material wealth, it required a new way of producing knowledge. Thus, this work aimed to understand how the knowledge production process takes place in the field of professional and technological education based on toyotism. This research had a qualitative character of the bibliographic type, is based on the works of Marx (1982), Kuenzer (2011), Lukács (2012), among others. We highlight as results: the understanding of the knowledge production process in the field of professional and technological education in the context of Toyotism, enabling its relationship of dependence and autonomy with education. Also, it made it possible to apprehend education as a social complex that maintains dependence and autonomy with work and the models propagated by the industrial revolution toyotism as a new way of producing material wealth and knowledge. |

Destacamos como resultados: la comprensión del proceso de producción de conocimiento en el campo de la educación profesional y tecnológica en el contexto del toyotismo, permitiendo su relación de dependencia y autonomía con la educación. Además, permitió comprender la educación como un complejo social que mantiene la dependencia y la autonomía con el trabajo y los modelos propagados por la revolución industrial Toyotismo como una nueva forma de producir riqueza y conocimiento material.A educação é um complexo social que mantém uma relação de dependência e autonomia com o trabalho. No contexto da industrialização quando ocorreu o toyotismo, o mundo do trabalho já vinha sendo afetado profundamente com o Taylorismo e Fordismo, com a exploração do trabalho pelo capital, pois ampliou-se as formas de trabalho repetitivos, fragmentados e incluiu-se o trabalho infantil, etc; diminuiu-se as formas de trabalhos formais e o trabalho artesanal. Como nova forma de produzir riqueza material, exigiu uma nova forma de produzir conhecimentos. Destarte, este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender como intercorre o processo de produção do conhecimento no campo da educação profissional e tecnológica a partir do toyotismo. Esta pesquisa teve caráter qualitativo do tipo bibliográfica, sendo fundamentada nos trabalhos de Marx (1982), Kuenzer (2011), Lukács (2012), entre outros. Destacamos como resultados: a compreensão do processo de produção do conhecimento no campo da educação profissional e tecnológica no contexto do toyotismo, viabilizando sua relação de dependência e autonomia com a educação. Além disso, possibilitou apreender a educação como um complexo social que mantém dependência e autonomia com o trabalho e os modelos propagados pela revolução industrial toyotismo como nova forma de produzir riqueza material e conhecimentos.
