Theoretical and methodological possibilities for analysis of educational policies in different contexts: how schools make policies

Resumo: Educational policies have been the subject of constant studies and investigations for a long time, however there are certain theoretical and methodological options that do not always favor different contexts that produce and mobilize educational policies, such as teachers and students in different school institutions. And this view is privileged by Ball, Maguirre and Braun in the book Como as escolas fazem políticas (How Schools Make Policies), with a rich analysis and sustained in the post-structuralist perspective, advances beyond criticisms that focus on centralizing, state and fixed processes, demonstrating that there are different subjects who act them out and translate them into different school contexts, showing not only the force / power relationships of behavioral policies, but also, identifying the clashes and the influence of policy artifacts and microtechnologies in secondary schools. Therefore, this paper aims to present the review of this work which has contributed with the research in the area of ​​educational and curricular policies in different countries.

Therefore, this paper aims to present the review of this work which has contributed with the research in the area of ​​educational and curricular policies in different countries. Las políticas educativas han sido objeto de constantes estudios e investigaciones desde hace mucho tiempo, sin embargo existen ciertas opciones teóricas y metodológicas que ni siempre favorecen diferentes contextos productores y movilizadores de políticas educativas, a ejemplo de docentes y estudiantes en diferentes instituciones escolares. Y esta mirada es privilegiada por Ball, Maguirre y Braun en el libro Como as escolas fazem as políticas (Cómo las escuelas hacen las políticas), con un análisis rico y sostenido en la perspectiva postestructuralista, avanza más allá de las críticas que se enfocan en los procesos centralizadores, estatales y fijos, demostrando que hay diferentes sujetos que los representan y los traducen a diferentes contextos escolares, mostrando no solo las relaciones fuerza / poder de las políticas de comportamiento, sino también identificando los choques y la influencia de los artefactos políticos y las microtecnologías en las escuelas secundarias. Por tanto, este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar la revisión de este trabajo que ha contribuido a la investigación en el área de las políticas educativas y curriculares en diferentes países. As políticas educacionais vêm sendo objeto de constantes estudos e investigações há muito tempo, contudo há determinadas opções teóricas e metodológicas que nem sempre privilegiam diferentes contextos produtores e mobilizadores de políticas educacionais, a exemplo de professores e alunos em diferentes instituições escolares. E esse olhar é privilegiado por Ball, Maguirre e Braun no livro Como as escolas fazem as políticas, com análise rica e sustentada na perspectiva pós-estruturalista, o qual avança para além de críticas que focalizam o olhar em processos centralizadores, estatais e fixos, demonstrando que há diferentes sujeitos que as encenam e as traduzem para contextos escolares distintos, evidenciando não apenas as relações de força/poder das políticas de comportamento, mas também identificando os embates e a influência de artefatos e microtecnologias de políticas nas escolas secundárias.
