Resumo: This article aims to use the Kanban system to analyze the organization in the inventory process, which aims to speed the process by reducing the loss of time and the delay in the demands. the possibility of integrating the agile Scrum to Kanban system was evaluated, in order to address the failures resulting from conventional Kanban for inventory management. The materials and methods used leave the realization of a proposal made to a franchise in the food industry with a qualitative assessment can identify the real problems, focusing on stock environment.

Se evaluó la posibilidad de integración de la metodología ágil Scrum al sistema Kanban, con el propósito de solucionar las fallas derivadas del Kanban convencional para la gestión de stock. Como camino metodológico, se partió de la realización de una propuesta hecha a una franquicia del ramo alimentario, con evaluación cualitativa, pudiendo identificar los problemas reales, con foco en el ambiente de stock.Este artigo tem por objetivo utilizar o sistema Kanban para analisar a organização no processo de estoque, que visa agilidade no processo, reduzindo a perda de tempo e o atraso nas demandas. Foi avaliado a possibilidade de integração da metodologia ágil Scrum ao sistema Kanban, com o propósito de solucionar as falhas decorrentes do Kanban convencional para a gestão de estoque.
