Innovative Teachers: paradigm shifts based on the needs presented by students

Resumo: | This research is the product of a research on innovative practices developed at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), methodological innovations gravitate around the use of technologies, gamification, simulation of professional daily life, among other categories. We aim to highlight training processes stimulated by students, based on teachers' speeches that bring together the innovation of pedagogical practices supported by the needs highlighted by students. We base our reflections on the discourse of 19 teachers who claim to have initiated the innovations based on the needs and demands of students, the student being an important and integral part in the process of teaching, learning and teacher training. The analyses were carried out based on microanalysis and as a collection tool the online questionnaire was used, this process was conducted in the light of qualitative research. Significant changes were noted in the spaces and in the construction of actions aimed at moments of lucid learning, close to reality that progressively deconstruct practices disconnected from the contexts of the students. |

Se trata de destacar los procesos de formación estimulados por los estudiantes, basados en discursos de los profesores que reúnen la innovación de las prácticas pedagógicas apoyadas por las necesidades destacadas por los estudiantes. Basamos nuestras reflexiones en el discurso de 19 profesores que afirman haber iniciado las innovaciones basadas en las necesidades y demandas de los estudiantes, siendo el estudiante una parte importante e integral en el proceso de enseñanza, aprendizaje y formación de los profesores. Los análisis se llevaron a cabo sobre la base de microanálisis y como instrumento de recopilación se utilizó el cuestionario en línea, este proceso se llevó a cabo a la luz de la investigación cualitativa. Se observaron cambios significativos en los espacios y en la construcción de acciones dirigidas a momentos de aprendizaje lúcido, cercanos a la realidad que progresivamente deconstruyen prácticas desconectadas de los contextos de los estudiantes.A presente pesquisa é produto de uma investigação sobre práticas inovadoras desenvolvidas no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE), as inovações metodológicas gravitam em torno do uso de tecnologias, gamificação, simulação do cotidiano profissional, dentre outras categorias. O objetivo foi evidenciar os processos de formação estimulados pelos alunos, com base nos discursos de professores que confluem a inovação das práticas pedagógicas apoiadas nas necessidades realçadas pelos discentes. As reflexões foram fundamentadas no discurso de 19 professores que afirmam ter iniciado as inovações a partir das necessidades e demandas dos alunos, considerados, portanto, parte importante e integrante do processo de ensino, aprendizagem e formação docente. O estudo foi realizado por meio da microanálise e como instrumento de coleta foi utilizado o questionário on-line, em um processo conduzido à luz da pesquisa qualitativa.
