Methodological Innovation in Teaching: a clipping from the conceptions of teachers of a federal institute

Resumo: | The study is the result of an investigation on Methodological Innovation in Teaching (EML), this research was based on the teaching action of teachers of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE) with the objective of seeking pedagogical practices and their impacts on education. As theorists, reflections were used that gravitate towards methodological innovation, curriculum, training and identity of teachers. The study used for collection two stages: 1) a section of question 10 (Q10) of the questionnaire applied to 107 research subjects and 2) analysis of two interviews analyzed in the light of qualitative research, using the microanalysis method. The results indicate for advances of IFCE teachers in relation to the potentialities of the use of methods thought from the current context, since the classes become more interactive and with greater student activity, besides establishing a relationship between students, teachers and content. Throughout the research, the teaching concern was also registered in creating strategies with active methodologies that simulate the professional environment, in which the student will be inserted, as well as include in their practices based on the contexts of the students. |

Como teóricos, se utilizaron reflexiones que gravitan hacia la innovación metodológica, el currículo, la formación y la identidad de los profesores. El estudio utilizado para la recopilación de dos etapas: 1) una sección de la pregunta 10 (Q10) del cuestionario aplicado a 107 sujetos de investigación y 2) análisis de dos entrevistas analizadas a la luz de la investigación cualitativa, utilizando el método de microanálisis. Los resultados indican para los avances de los profesores de IFCE en relación con las potencialidades del uso de métodos pensados desde el contexto actual, ya que las clases se vuelven más interactivas y con mayor actividad estudiantil, además de establecer una relación entre estudiantes, profesores y contenido. A lo largo de la investigación, también se registró la preocupación docente en la creación de estrategias con metodologías activas que simulan el entorno profesional, en el que se insertará al alumno, así como incluir en sus prácticas en base a los contextos de los alumnos.O estudo é resultante de uma investigação sobre a Inovação Metodológica no Ensino (IME), baseada na ação docente de professores do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE), com o objetivo de detectar práticas pedagógicas inovadoras e seus impactos à educação. Como teóricos, foram utilizadas reflexões que gravitam em vertentes de inovação metodológica, currículo, formação e identidade dos professores. A coleta dos dados ocorreu em duas etapas: Na etapa (1) Análise do recorte da questão 10 (Q10) do questionário aplicado aos 107 sujeitos de pesquisa; e etapa (2) Análise de duas entrevistas à luz da pesquisa qualitativa, valendo-se do método de microanálise. Os resultados indicam avanços nas práticas dos professores do IFCE no que se relaciona às potencialidades do uso de inovação, visto que as aulas tem como indicativo a inovação e com maior atuação discente, além de ser estabelecido uma relação dialógica entre alunos, professores e conteúdo.
