Resumo: This article aims to analyze the regulatory framework of the Brazilian Sign Language in articulation with the professionalism and personality of Libras' lecturer. The methodological design is characterized as a bibliographic study in which a preliminary survey of the documental sources, necessary for the relation of the text, was carried out. The education of the Deaf, in the national context, is present in public policies and documents that guide inclusive education in the country, normatized in educational documents related to Libras, which are analyzed, discussed, debated in events and movements articulated by the academic community and the deaf community. It is also considered the problems related to the formation of Libras' teachers, as well as the importance of this professional being inserted in a collective that belongs to an environment that provides an opportunity for immersion in the Brazilian Sign Language. In this perspective, it is believed that the regulatory frameworks are not dissociated from the personal and professionalism of Libras' teacher, necessary to promote a quality education for the Deaf.

El diseño metodológico se caracteriza por ser un estudio bibliográfico en el que se realizó un estudio preliminar de las fuentes documentales, necesario para la relación del texto. La educación de los sordos, en el contexto nacional, está presente en las políticas públicas y en los documentos que orientan la educación inclusiva en el país, normalizados en documentos educativos relacionados con Libras, que son analizados, discutidos, debatidos en eventos y movimientos articulados por la comunidad académica y la comunidad de sordos. También se consideran los problemas relacionados con la formación de los profesores de Libras, así como la importancia de que este profesional se inserte en un colectivo que pertenece a un entorno que ofrece una oportunidad de inmersión en la Lengua de Signos Brasileña. En esta perspectiva, se cree que los marcos regulatorios no están disociados del personal y el profesionalismo del maestro de Libras, necesarios para promover una educación de calidad para los sordos.Neste artigo, tem-se por objetivo, analisar os marcos regulatórios da Língua Brasileira de Sinais na articulação com a profissionalidade e pessoalidade do docente da Libras. O delineamento metodológico caracteriza-se como um estudo bibliográfico em que foi realizado um levantamento preliminar das fontes documental, necessárias à relação do texto. A educação de Surdos, no contexto nacional, está presente nas políticas públicas e nos documentos que norteiam a educação inclusiva no país, normatizada em documentos educacionais relativos à Libras, que são analisados, discutidos, debatidos em eventos e movimentos articulados pela comunidade acadêmica e pela comunidade surda. Considera-se também os problemas relacionados à formação do docente da Libras, assim como a importância deste profissional estar inserido em um coletivo pertencente a um ambiente que oportuniza a imersão na Língua Brasileira de Sinais.
