The dissemination of healthy eating practices: an experience report

Resumo: Introduction: In contemporary society, healthy eating has spread among the majority of society, becoming an ally in the fight against serious diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Objective: This article proposes to disseminate the practice of healthy eating, from the experience of students in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) to disseminate healthy eating practices in the curricular activity Attention, Management and Education in Health (AGES). Methodology: This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type, using the experience of Medicine students at UBS Frei Tito, together with social networks, for the dissemination of information on health and well-being focused on healthy eating. The experience allowed students to create an Instagram page called @freititosaudavel, spreading the culture of good eating habits. For this, materials such as the model of an artery made of "biscuit" were used to instruct the population in person about clogged arteries, pamphlets with information, photos and posters. These actions were aimed at residents of the region adjacent to the UBS, which is considered a center specializing in diabetics and hypertensive patients, located in Fortaleza. Results and Discussion: The creation of an Instagram page was obtained, helping to pass on content about good health practices with a focus on the healthy diet of the residents of the region, obtaining a satisfactory return from the target audience. Conclusion: In view of the expository actions and the media tool created to promote healthy eating, the population acquired more information and, with this, new students will be able to continue this project, feeding the instagram page and, thus, improving eating habits and quality. of life due to access to this scientific content.

Objetivo: Este artículo propone difundir la práctica de alimentación saludable, a partir de la experiencia de estudiantes de una Unidad Básica de Salud (UBS) para difundir prácticas de alimentación saludable en la actividad curricular Atención, Gestión y Educación en Salud (AGES). Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, del tipo relato de experiencia, utilizando la experiencia de los estudiantes de Medicina de la UBS Frei Tito, junto con las redes sociales, para la difusión de informaciones sobre salud y bienestar enfocadas en la alimentación saludable. La experiencia permitió a los estudiantes crear una página de Instagram llamada @freititosaudavel, difundiendo la cultura de los buenos hábitos alimentarios. Para ello se utilizaron materiales como la maqueta de una arteria hecha de “galleta” para instruir a la población de manera presencial sobre las arterias obstruidas, folletos con información, fotografías y afiches. Esas acciones fueron dirigidas a los habitantes de la región adyacente a la UBS, que es considerada un centro especializado en diabéticos e hipertensos, ubicado en Fortaleza. Resultados y Discusión: Se obtuvo la creación de una página de Instagram, ayudando a difundir contenidos sobre buenas prácticas de salud con enfoque en la alimentación saludable de los pobladores de la región, obteniendo un retorno satisfactorio por parte del público objetivo. Conclusión:Ante las acciones expositivas y la herramienta mediática creada para promover la alimentación saludable, la población adquirió más información y, con ello, los nuevos estudiantes podrán continuar con este proyecto, alimentando la página de instagram y, así, mejorar los hábitos alimentarios y calidad de vida por el acceso a este contenido científico.Introdução: Na sociedade contemporânea, a alimentação saudável se disseminou entre a maioria da sociedade, tornando-se uma aliada ao combate de doenças graves como hipertensão e diabetes. Objetivo: O presente artigo propõe disseminar a prática de uma alimentação saudável, a partir da vivência de discentes em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) para divulgação de práticas alimentares saudáveis na atividade curricular Atenção, Gestão e Educação em Saúde (AGES). Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, utilizando a vivência de discentes de Medicina na UBS Frei Tito, em conjunto com as redes sociais, para a disseminação de informações sobre saúde e bem-estar focadas na alimentação saudável. A experiência permitiu aos discentes criar uma página no Instagram denominada @freititosaudavel, disseminando a cultura dos bons hábitos alimentares. Para isso, foram utilizados materiais como o modelo de uma artéria feita de “biscuit” para instruir a população presencialmente sobre o entupimento das artérias, panfletos com informações, fotos e cartazes. Essas ações foram voltadas para os moradores da região anexa à UBS, esta considerada um centro especializado em diabéticos e hipertensos, localizado em Fortaleza. Resultados e Discussão: Obteve-se a criação de uma página no Instagram, ajudando no repasse do conteúdo sobre as boas práticas em saúde com foco na dieta saudável dos moradores da região, obtendo um retorno satisfatório por parte do público alvo.
