Teaching and educational technologis: reflections on the pedagogical training of university teachers acting in distance modality

Resumo: | The technological expansion each day significantly transforms all segments of society. Faced with this scenario, the form of distance learning, which has intensified in recent years, has also changed the way of teaching and learning. In 2020, this phenomenon was intensified by the emergence of the covid-19 virus, which required social isolation on the part of the population, thus provoking more considerable transformations in the educational field and in forms of interaction; both now permeated by digital technologies. Thus, this study had as its main purpose to analyze the pedagogical formation of teachers who work in Higher Education, in the distance modality, regarding the use of educational technologies. Therefore, the exploratory research, with qualitative approach, was necessary, contributed in bibliographical research, from Kensky (2014) Moran (2000; 2015), Pretti (2005), among others, in association to the field research, with the above mentioned target audience. It wasconcluded that the pedagogical formation of this teaching category presents significant weaknesses, since they do not master the essential tools for a proficient performance, thus compromising the learning process. |

Frente a este escenario, la modalidad de educación a distancia, que ha estado proliferando en los últimos años, también ha cambiado la forma de enseñar y aprender. En 2020, este fenómeno se intensificó debido a la aparición del nuevo coronavirus, que exigió, por parte de la población, aislamiento social, provocando transformaciones más considerables en el campo educativo y en las formas de interacción; ambos permeados, ahora, por las tecnologías digitales. Así, este estudio tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la formación pedagógica de los docentes que trabajan en Educación Superior, en la modalidad a distancia, con respecto al uso de tecnologías educativas. Para esto, fue necesaria una investigación exploratoria, con un enfoque cualitativo, basada en la investigación bibliográfica, de Kensky (2014) Moran (2000; 2015), Pretti (2005), entre otros, en asociación con la investigación de campo, junto con público antes mencionado. Se concluyó que la capacitación pedagógica en esta categoría de enseñanza tiene debilidades significativas, ya que no dominan las herramientas esenciales para un desempeño competente, lo que compromete el proceso de aprendizaje.A expansão tecnológica a cada dia transforma, expressivamente, todos os segmentos da sociedade. Diante desse cenário, a modalidade de Educação a Distância, que vêm se proliferando nos últimos anos, modificou, também, a forma de ensinar e de aprender. Em 2020, esse fenômeno foi intensificado, em virtude do surgimento do novo coronavírus, que exigiu, por parte da população, o isolamento social provocando, dessa forma, transformações mais consideráveis no campo educational e nas formas de interação; ambas permeadas, agora, pelas tecnologias digitais. Sendo assim, esse estudo teve por finalidade maior analisar a formação pedagógica dos docentes que atuam no Ensino Superior, na modalidade a distância, no que se refere ao uso das tecnologias educacionais. Para tanto, a pesquisa exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa se fez necessária, aportada em pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir de Kensky (2014) Moran (2000; 2015), Pretti (2005), dentre outros, em associação à pesquisa de campo, junto ao público-alvo supramencionado.
