Daily analysis in school democratic management

Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to identify the causes of interpersonal conflicts in the school environment. The universe to be researched are 04 school units: 02 schools and 02 (two) day care centers. As for the interviewees were: 02 professionals from each unit. 02 (two) parents or guardians of each Unit, and 02 SME pedagogical advisors. The methods chosen were based on those of the qualitative research, according to Minayo (2010), with an interview script previously selected with questionnaires, containing 05 semi-structured questions, according to the concepts of Lüdke and André (1986). To analyze the collected material, we use content analysis anchored in Bardin (2011). Thus, it was possible to realize that within the conflicts there is a need for the team responsible for this sector to review the methods used to solve the problem. Therefore, it was possible to observe the urgent need for the implementation of existing programs, as well as the creation of new initiatives and projects in the schools of the Cuiabá municipal school that aim to enable, monitor and evaluate new strategies for conflict resolution in the school environment.

El universo a investigar son 04 unidades escolares: 02 escuelas y 02 (dos) guarderías. En cuanto a los entrevistados fueron: 02 profesionales de cada unidad. 02 (dos) padres o tutores de cada Unidad, y 02 asesores pedagógicos de PYME. Los métodos elegidos se basaron en los de la investigación cualitativa, según Minayo (2010), con un guión de entrevista previamente seleccionado con cuestionarios, que contiene 05 preguntas semiestructuradas, de acuerdo con los conceptos de Lüdke y André (1986). Para analizar el material recopilado, utilizamos el análisis de contenido anclado en Bardin (2011). Por lo tanto, fue posible darse cuenta de que dentro de los conflictos es necesario que el equipo responsable de este sector revise los métodos utilizados para resolver el problema. Por lo tanto, fue posible observar la necesidad urgente de la implementación de los programas existentes, así como la creación de nuevas iniciativas y proyectos en las escuelas de la escuela municipal de Cuiabá que tienen como objetivo permitir, monitorear y evaluar nuevas estrategias para la resolución de conflictos en el entorno escolar.O objetivo deste artigo é identificar as causas dos conflitos interpessoais no ambiente escolar. O universo a ser pesquisado são 04 unidades escolares: sendo 02 escolas e 02(duas) Creches. Quanto aos entrevistados foram: 02 profissionais de cada unidade. 02(dois) pais ou responsáveis de cada Unidade, e 02 assessores pedagógicos da SME. Já os métodos escolhidos, foram baseados nos da pesquisa qualitativa, de acordo com Minayo (2010), com roteiro de entrevista previamente selecionado com questionários, contendo 05 perguntas semiestruturados, conforme conceitos de Lüdke e André (1986). Para analisar o material coletado, utilizamos a análise de conteúdo ancorado em Bardin (2011). Destarte, foi possível perceber que no interior dos conflitos existe a necessidade da equipe responsável  por esse setor rever os métodos utilizados para solucionar o problema.
