Freirean reflections and continuing education in health in the regulation center for the access to health care

Resumo: The aim of this study is to reflect in the light of Paulo Freire on the possibility of connecting care practice in a Regulation Center with Permanent Education in order to contribute to improving access to SUS services. It is a Theoretical reflection with a qualitative approach, anchored in the political precepts of Permanent Education in Health and in the light of Paulo Freire. By systematizing educational ideals that propose reflective construction based on an action-reflection process, the necessary problematization is obtained to explore a network that analyzes the work process carried out in the work context of the Regulation Centers. The permanent educational strategy materializes and drives the generation of knowledge by directing actions and transformations of reality in meaningful learning environments based on dialogicity between peers. with the reality arising from the fragmented care model to which the daily life of Brazilian health services is part, we find in the Freiriana philosophy, the motivation to rethink about the importance of its practice to the detriment of the problematization of sensitive points and thus produce strategies of action towards collaborative and horizontal construction among the actors of this process in the search for a dignified, fair and equitable health.

Es una reflexión teórica con abordaje cualitativo, anclada en los preceptos políticos de la Educación Permanente en Salud ya la luz de Paulo Freire. Al sistematizar ideales educativos que proponen una construcción reflexiva a partir de un proceso de acción-reflexión, se obtiene la problematización necesaria para explorar una red que analice el proceso de trabajo realizado en el contexto laboral de los Centros de Regulación. La estrategia educativa permanente materializa e impulsa la generación de conocimiento dirigiendo acciones y transformaciones de la realidad en ambientes de aprendizaje significativo basados en la dialogicidad entre pares. Frente a la realidad que surge del modelo de atención fragmentado del que forma parte el cotidiano de los servicios de salud brasileños, encontramos en la filosofía Freiriana, la motivación para repensar la importancia de su práctica en detrimento de la problematización de los puntos y así producir estrategias de acción hacia la construcción colaborativa y horizontal entre los actores de este proceso en la búsqueda de una salud digna, justa y equitativa.Este estudo objetiva refletir à luz de Paulo Freire sobre a possibilidade de conectar a prática assistencial em Central de Regulação com a Educação Permanente de forma a contribuir para a melhoria do acesso aos serviços do SUS. Trata-se de uma reflexão teórica com abordagem qualitativa, ancorada nos preceitos políticos da Educação Permanente em Saúde e à luz de Paulo Freire. Ao sistematizar ideais educacionais que proponham construção reflexiva embasada por um processo de ação-reflexão, obtém-se a problematização necessária para explorar uma rede analisadora do processo de trabalho exercido no contexto laboral das Centrais de Regulação. A estratégia educacional permanente, concretiza e impulsiona a geração de conhecimento direcionando ações e transformações da realidade em ambientes de aprendizagem significativa embasados na dialogicidade entre pares.
