Resumo: | This paper seeks briefly to discuss the conception of Professional Education and human formation, in the stage corresponding to the current High School, within the historical cuts, that correspond to the decade of 1970 of the twentieth century, until the present days of the 21st century, which in this chronological analysis, The aim of this study is to analyze the reverberations that educational policies promoted in Brazilian school education focusing on Professional Education, especially with the enforcement of Law No. 5.692/1971, which instituted compulsory vocational training in 2nd grade education, under Decree No. 2.208/1997, which determined the compulsory separation between High School and Professional Technical Education at the secondary level, Decree 5,154/2004, which repealed Decree 2.208/1997 and brought the possibility of integration between secondary and vocational technical education at secondary and intermediate levels, starting in 2017, when the new high school reform was instituted through Law No. 13,415 / 2017 and its supplementary standards, in the reflective sense of the paths taken by education in its political conjuncture a brief review aligned with an analysis of bibliographical and documentary research. It is a determining factor to consider the Brazilian Education with the role of the National Congress and the policies promoted by these agents. In this direction, it has been historically perceived that the relationship between Professional Education and Basic Education has been weakened by polemics and conflicts of interest, especially in relation to the relations between technical courses of middle level and the last stage of basic education, namely: the current High School. Therefore, it is worth noting that we understand professional education, not only as a teaching modality but, above all, as an area of scientific knowledge that is still little explored, characterized by tensions and discussions historically located within social, political, economic and cultural aspects. |

Therefore, it is worth noting that we understand professional education, not only as a teaching modality but, above all, as an area of scientific knowledge that is still little explored, characterized by tensions and discussions historically located within social, political, economic and cultural aspects.Este escrito busca pronto discutir la concepción de la Educación profesional y formación humana, en la etapa correspondiente al actual Enseñanza Media, dentro de los recortes históricos, que corresponden a los años 70 del siglo XX, hasta la actualidad del siglo XXI, lo que en este análisis cronológico, pretende analizar las reverberaciones que las políticas educacionales han promovido en la Educación de la escuela brasileña con un enfoque en la Educación profesional, principalmente con las vigencias de las leyes n. 5.692/1971 que estableció la profesionalización obligatoria en la escuela secundaria de enseñanza, el término del Decreto n. 2.208/1997, que determinó la separación obligatoria entre la Enseñanza Media y Educación técnico profesional del nivel medio, el Decreto n. 5.154/2004, que revocó el Decreto 2.208/1997 y trajo la posibilidad de integración entre la escuela secundaria y Educación técnico profesional de nivel medio y en la actualidad, de 2017, cuando fue establecida la nueva reforma de la Enseñanza Media por medio de la ley n. 13.415/2017 y sus normas complementarias. Nuestra perspectiva metodológica se centra en un análisis cualitativo, en el sentido reflexivo de caminos recorridos por la Educación en su coyuntura política en una breve revisión alineada a un análisis de pesquisa bibliográfica y documental. Es factor determinante a tener en cuenta la Educación de Brasil con el papel del Congreso Nacional y las políticas por estos agentes promovidos. En esa dirección, se percibe históricamente que la relación entre Educación profesional y Educación básica se ha debilitado por la polémicas y conflictos de intereses, especialmente con respecto a las relaciones entre los cursos técnicos de nivel medio y el último paso de Educación básica: la actual Enseñanza Media. Así, se vale señalar que comprendemos la Educación profesional no sólo como un modo de enseñanza, pero, sobre todo, como un área del conocimiento científico aún poco explorado, caracterizado por las tensiones y argumentos históricamente situados dentro de los aspectos, sociales, políticos, económicos y culturales.Este escrito busca brevemente discutir a concepção de Educação Profissional e formação humana, na etapa correspondente ao atual Ensino Médio, dentro dos recortes históricos, que correspondem a década de 1970 do século XX, até os dias atuais do século XXI, o que nessa análise cronológica, busca analisar as reverberações que as políticas educacionais promoveram na educação escolar brasileira com foco na Educação Profissional, principalmente com a vigência da lei nº 5.692/1971 que instituiu a profissionalização obrigatória no ensino de 2º grau, a vigência do Decreto nº 2.208/1997, que determinou a separação obrigatória entre Ensino Médio e Educação Profissional técnica de nível médio, o Decreto nº 5.154/2004 que revogou o Decreto 2.208/1997 e trouxe a possibilidade de integração entre o Ensino Médio e a Educação Profissional técnica de nível médio e no tempo presente, a partir de 2017, quando foi instituída a nova reforma do Ensino Médio por meio da Lei nº 13.415/2017 e suas normas complementares. Nossa perspectiva metodológica se concentra em uma análise de abordagem qualitativa, no sentido reflexivo dos caminhos trilhados pela educação em sua conjuntura política numa breve revisão histórica alinhado a uma análise de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. É fator determinante considerar a Educação brasileira junto ao papel do Congresso Nacional e as políticas por estes agentes promovidas. Nessa direção, percebe-se historicamente que a relação entre Educação Profissional e Educação Básica tem sido enfraquecida por polêmicas e conflitos de interesses, especialmente no que diz respeito as relações ente os cursos técnicos de nível médio e a última etapa da educação básica, a saber: o atual Ensino Médio.
