Vitual diaspora: process of idetification and belonging in a virtual learning community

Resumo: In this article we will seek to uderstand some of the cultural implications that are part of identity constitution of the subject, considering the context concepts, space and temporality on a Virtual Learning Community. The research envolve a reflective study, of qualitative approach that defined the critical ethnosearch as a theoretical-methodological way, having the epistemology of complexity for a creation of method in a strict posture of scientific bricolage. The investigation occurred starting from a extension course, offered in a program of postgraduate, for teachers that acted in different teaching levels. The results and analysis evidenced that the feeling of belonging, the territoriality, the permanence, the emotional connections, collaborative character, the sharing of a solidarity project, of  conflicting goals and the trust are some guiding principles of the convivence in CVA and are required for the establishing of links, once the actors need implicate themselves, develop the autonomy and promote mediations through subjective marks printed on the interfaces of a virtual learning envoriment, because only that way will constitute in authors-actors.

La investigación implicó un estudio reflexivo, con un enfoque cualitativo que delineó la etnoinvestigación crítica como un camino teórico-metodológico, teniendo la epistemología de la complejidad para la creación del método en estricta postura de diy científico. La investigación se llevó a cabo a partir de un curso de extensión, ofrecido en un programa de posgrado, para profesores y maestros que trabajaban en diferentes niveles de educación. Los resultados y análisis mostraron que el sentimiento de pertenencia, territorialidad, permanencia, conexiones emocionales, carácter colaborativo, intercambio de un proyecto solidario, objetivos conflictivos y confianza son algunos de los principios que orientación de la convivencia en cva y están obligados a establecer vínculos, ya que los actores necesitan involucrarse, desarrollar la autonomía y promover mediaciones a través de marcas subjetivas que se imprimen en las interfaces de un entorno virtual de aprendizaje, porque sólo de esta manera constituirán actores-autores.Este artigo busca compreender algumas das implicações culturais que fazem parte da constituição da identidade do sujeito, considerando os conceitos de contexto, espaço e temporalidade em uma Comunidade Virtual de Aprendizagem. A pesquisa envolveu um estudo reflexivo, de abordagem qualitativa que delineou a etnopesquisa crítica enquanto caminho teórico-metodológico, tendo a epistemologia da complexidade como referência para a criação do método em postura rigorosa da bricolagem científica. A investigação ocorreu no contexto de um curso de extensão, ofertado em um programa de pós-graduação, para professores e professoras que atuavam em diferentes níveis de ensino. Os resultados e análises evidenciaram que o sentimento de pertencimento, a territorialidade, a permanência, as ligações emocionais, o caráter colaborativo, a partilha de um projeto solidário sem desprezar objetivos conflitivos e a confiança são alguns dos princípios que norteiam a convivência na CVA e são requeridos para o estabelecimento de vínculos.
