The construction of the school complaint by the teacher: an integrative review

Resumo: | The growing number of students with school complaints referred to specialists has attracted the attention and concern of health and education professionals, who seek to solve the difficulties presented by students. The present study aimed to understand the construction of school complaints by teachers. Therefore, an integrative review of the existing literature on the theme addressed was carried out in May and June, including scientific publications, through the VHL Portal in their respective databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Lilacs Health Sciences, SCIELO and PESPIC. The survey resulted in 8 articles that met the inclusion criteria and evidenced the need for greater articulation and dialogue between Health and Education for prevention and interventions in behavior, learning and emotional problems, which are perceived in the school context. The realization of this integrative review made it possible to verify that the school complaint is in fact a serious problem, which needs to be faced with greater interest and attention by all who make up the school universe, including health professionals, collaborators and school partners. |

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo comprender la construcción de las quejas escolares por parte de los profesores. Por ello, en mayo y junio se realizó una revisión integradora de la literatura existente sobre el tema abordado, incluyendo publicaciones científicas, a través del Portal BVS en sus respectivas bases de datos: Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud LILACS, SCIELO y PESPIC. La encuesta resultó en 8 artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y evidencian la necesidad de una mayor articulación y diálogo entre Salud y Educación para la prevención e intervenciones en problemas conductuales, de aprendizaje y emocionales, que se perciben en el contexto escolar. La realización de esta revisión integradora, permitió constatar que la denuncia escolar es en realidad un problema grave, que debe ser afrontado con mayor interés y atención por todos los que conformamos el universo escolar, incluidos los profesionales de la salud, colaboradores y socios escolares.O crescente número de estudantes com queixas escolares encaminhados para os especialistas, tem despertado a atenção e preocupação dos profissionais da saúde e da educação, os quais buscam solucionar as dificuldades apresentadas pelos estudantes. O presente estudo objetivou compreender a construção das queixas escolares pelos professores. Portanto, foi realizada nos meses de maio e junho, uma revisão integrativa da literatura existente sobre a temática abordada, contemplando publicações científicas, por meio do Portal BVS em suas respectivas bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde LILACS, SCIELO e PESPIC. O levantamento resultou em 8 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão e evidenciam a necessidade de uma maior articulação e diálogo entre a Saúde e Educação para a prevenção e intervenções nos problemas de comportamentos, de aprendizagem e emocionais, os quais são percebidos no contexto escolar.
