Resumo: The present study aims to understand in what personal conditions the managers who work with adolescent offenders performed their remote work in the Coronavirus pandemic. For that, qualitative research is used (Flick, 2013), through online questionnaires, submitting the results to a content analysis (Gil, 2002). The data indicate that managers are very interested in seeking help to be able to help both teachers and the community. In addition, it was noticed that they are experiencing an emotional impact because they are working remotely, but even so, they are seeking to improve and adapt the forms of dialogue in the face of reality. The managers are very interested in seeking assistance from the Department of Education, following all the decrees issued. In addition, it has been talking with health care and other actions that include everything from food donation to clothes. Therefore, it is possible to consider that the education of adolescent offenders took place within the available possibilities, in view of the investigation with the managers.

Para eso, utiliza la investigación cualitativa (Flick, 2013), a través de cuestionarios en línea, sometiendo los resultados a un análisis de contenido (Gil, 2002). Los datos indican que los gerentes están muy interesados ​​en buscar ayuda para poder ayudar tanto a los docentes como a la comunidad. Además, se notó que están experimentando un impacto emocional porque están trabajando de forma remota, pero aún así, buscan mejorar y adaptar las formas de diálogo ante la realidad. Los gerentes están muy interesados ​​en buscar ayuda del Departamento de Educación, siguiendo todos los decretos emitidos. Además, se ha estado dialogando con el cuidado de la salud y otras acciones que incluyen desde donación de alimentos hasta ropa. Por lo tanto, se puede considerar que la educación de los adolescentes infractores se realizó dentro de las posibilidades disponibles, en vista de la investigación con los gestores.O presente estudo visa compreender em que condições pessoais os gestores que atuam com adolescentes infratores realizaram seu trabalho remoto na pandemia da Coronavírus. Para tanto, utiliza-se da pesquisa qualitativa (Flick, 2013), por meio de questionários online, submetendo os resultados a uma análise de conteúdo (Gil, 2002). Os dados apontam que os gestores estão muito interessados em buscar auxilio para poder ajudar tanto os professores, como a comunidade. Além disso, percebeu-se que estes estão passando por um impacto emocional por estarem em trabalho remoto, mas mesmo assim estão buscando melhorar e adequar as formas de interlocução perante a realidade. Os gestores estão muito interessados em buscar auxilio junto a Secretaria da Educação, seguindo todos os decretos emitidos. Além disso, tem feito a interlocução com o atendimento de saúde e, demais ações que comportam desde doação de alimentos até roupas.
