Tamboril II Field School in Nova Xavantina Municipality: political and pedagogical implications

Resumo: | As of 2019, in the municipality of Nova Xavantina, rural schools located in rural settlements are no longer offered by the government, causing excessive damage to the local community. This article refers to the study under development in the scope of the Postgraduate course that deals with the closing of the Tamboril II Municipal School and aims to analyze, from the narratives of protagonists who lived this experience, the political and pedagogical implications perceived by education professionals, identifying the action of municipal managers in the conduction of public policies. The research with a historical bias and qualitative approach makes use of documentary sources and testimonies of professionals who worked at the school in the period that it was deactivated. As a result, it can be said that there were impacts on the professional and personal lives of some civil servants, and on the part of municipal managers a counter-policy to the detriment of settlers and the school community, in the name of cutting costs that, over time, can prove extremely harmful to peasants. |

Este artículo hace referencia al estudio en desarrollo en el ámbito del Posgrado que trata sobre el cierre de la Escuela Municipal Tamboril II y tiene como objetivo analizar, a partir de las narrativas de los protagonistas que vivieron esta experiencia, las implicaciones políticas y pedagógicas percibidas por los profesionales de la educación, identificando la acción de los gestores municipales en la conducción de las políticas públicas. La investigación con sesgo histórico y enfoque cualitativo hace uso de fuentes documentales y testimonios de profesionales que trabajaron en la escuela en el período que fue desactivada. Como resultado, se puede decir que hubo afectaciones en la vida profesional y personal de algunos servidores públicos, y por parte de los gestores municipales una contrapolítica en perjuicio de los pobladores y de la comunidad escolar, en nombre de la reducción de costos. que, con el tiempo, puede resultar extremadamente perjudicial para los campesinos.A partir de 2019, no município de Nova Xavantina, as escolas do campo situadas nos assentamentos rurais deixam de ser ofertadas pelo poder público, causando prejuízos desmedidos a comunidade local. Este artigo refere-se ao estudo em desenvolvimento no âmbito da Pós-graduação que trata do fechamento da Escola Municipal Tamboril II e objetiva analisar, a partir das narrativas de protagonistas que vivenciaram essa experiência, as implicações políticas e pedagógicas percebidas pelos profissionais da educação, identificando a ação dos gestores municipais na condução das políticas públicas. A pesquisa com viés histórico e abordagem qualitativa utiliza-se de fontes documentais e depoimentos de profissionais que trabalhavam na escola no período que foi desativada.
