Permanent education in the Hospital Emergency Service: Prior note

Resumo: This study aims to inform about a research that investigates the understanding of health professionals about the educational actions developed for the work process in a public hospital emergency in a city in Rio de Janeiro, in addition to building strategies, as a team, aiming institutionalize the Center for Permanent Health Education. This is a qualitative, descriptive, exploratory study, of the Convergent Care Research type with hospital emergency professionals. Data collection was divided into two stages, one through a semi-structured questionnaire and the other through workshops with active methodologies. The information will be treated through the analysis of Bardin, at the light of the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health in line with Emerson Merhy's theory of live work in action. It is expected to promote the reflection of the importance of Permanent Education, turned and focused on the organization of work processes in the emergency sector and its contribution to the professionals’ meaningful and committed with the real needs of the population.

Este es un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo, exploratorio, del tipo de Investigación de Atención Convergente con profesionales de emergencias hospitalarias. La recolección de datos se dividió en dos etapas, una a través de un cuestionario semiestructurado y la otra a través de talleres con metodologías activas. La información será tratada a través del análisis de Bardin, a la luz de la Política Nacional de Educación Permanente en Salud en línea con la teoría de Emerson Merhy del trabajo en vivo en acción. Se espera promover la reflexión sobre la importancia de la Educación Permanente, orientada y enfocada en la organización de procesos de trabajo en el sector de emergencias y su contribución al aprendizaje significativo y comprometido de los profesionales con las necesidades reales de la población.O presente estudo tem por objetivo informar sobre uma pesquisa que investiga a compreensão dos profissionais da saúde sobre as ações educativas desenvolvidas para o processo de trabalho em uma emergência hospitalar pública de um município do Rio de Janeiro, além de construir estratégias, em equipe, visando institucionalizar o Núcleo de Educação Permanente em Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, exploratório, do tipo Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial com profissionais da emergência hospitalar. A coleta de dados foi dividida em duas etapas, uma por meio de questionário semiestruturado e outra pela realização de oficinas com metodologias ativas. As informações serão tratadas através da análise de Bardin, a luz da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde em consonância com teoria do trabalho vivo em ato de Emerson Merhy.
