Preceptoria in teaching about men's health from the perspective of the body in light of Merleau-Ponty: an integrative review

Resumo: | The aim of this study is to describe the mediations of the preceptor in the field of human health internship and acting as a transforming agent in the exercise of teaching. This is an integrative review of articles from the LILACS, BDENF and MEDLINE databases and the virtual library SciELO, published between 2011 and 2019. For Merleau-Ponty, every possible experience and access to the world occurs through the body. For man, physical strength and sexuality are striking attributes of his body. Theoretical disciplines reaffirm this view, but do not relate it to male specificities and practice issues. The .preceptor nurse brings to his relationship with the undergraduate student the ability to listen, speak and observe, teaching him to care respecting male conceptions. It is concluded that teacher preceptors should lead undergraduates to actions based on this practice. |

Esta es una revisión integradora de artículos de las bases de datos LILACS, BDENF y MEDLINE y la biblioteca virtual SciELO, publicada entre 2011 y 2019. Para Merleau-Ponty, cada experiencia y acceso posible al mundo ocurre a través del cuerpo. Para el hombre, la fuerza física y la sexualidad son atributos sorprendentes de su cuerpo. Las disciplinas teóricas reafirman este punto de vista, pero no lo relacionan con las especificidades masculinas y los problemas de práctica. La enfermera preceptora aporta a su relación con el estudiante universitario la capacidad de escuchar, hablar y observar, enseñándole a cuidar las concepciones masculinas. Se concluye que los preceptores docentes deben llevar a los estudiantes universitarios a acciones basadas en esta práctica.O objetivo deste estudo é descrever as mediações do preceptor no campo de estágio da saúde do homem e atuação como agente transformador no exercício da docência. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de artigos oriundos das bases de dados LILACS, BDENF e MEDLINE e da biblioteca virtual SciELO, publicados entre 2011 e 2019. Para Merleau-Ponty, toda experiência possível e acesso ao mundo ocorre através do corpo. Para o homem, a força física e a sexualidade são atributos marcantes do seu corpo. Disciplinas teóricas reafirmam essa concepção, mas não a relacionam às especificidades masculinas e questões da prática. O enfermeiro preceptor leva para sua relação com o graduando, a capacidade de ouvir, falar e observar, ensinando-o a cuidar respeitando as concepções masculinas. Conclui-se que docentes preceptores devem conduzir os graduandos a ações a partir dessa prática.
