Resumo: Technology is a tool that has been facilitating the daily life of society in various sectors, specifically in the area of ​​education, but it is extremely important to be prepared. The general objective of this work is to demonstrate the challenges faced by teachers during the period of remote teaching, which was established due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Consequently, the study will contextualize alternatives to facilitate teacher performance during classes and maximize educational and professional outcomes. Effectively, this study will address the following issue: What are the challenges of teaching in times of pandemic? The methodology used for the development of the current work is the bibliographic review, which will analyze the data in a quantitative and qualitative way, with an emphasis on collections of national and international credibility. What justifies the development of this work is the absence of academic materials dealing with the subject, in addition to the need to demonstrate technology challenges in remote classes, resulting from the pandemic. It is concluded that technology is essential for the development of teachers and students, but it is necessary to have training and qualification for the use of equipment, as the lack of training and qualification causes difficulties in learning and in the pedagogical process in the years initials of Elementary School.

El objetivo general de este trabajo es demostrar los desafíos que enfrentaron los docentes durante el período de enseñanza a distancia, que se estableció debido a la pandemia Covid-19. En consecuencia, el estudio contextualizará alternativas para facilitar el desempeño docente durante las clases y maximizar los resultados educativos y profesionales. Efectivamente, este estudio abordará el siguiente tema: ¿Cuáles son los desafíos de la enseñanza en tiempos de pandemia? La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del presente trabajo es la revisión bibliográfica, que analizará los datos de forma cuantitativa y cualitativa, con énfasis en colecciones de credibilidad nacional e internacional. Lo que justifica el desarrollo de este trabajo es la ausencia de materiales académicos que aborden el tema, además de la necesidad de demostrar desafíos tecnológicos en clases remotas, producto de la pandemia. Se concluye que la tecnología es fundamental para el desarrollo de docentes y estudiantes, pero es necesario contar con formación y calificación para el uso de equipos, ya que la falta de formación y calificación provoca dificultades en el aprendizaje y en el proceso pedagógico en los años iniciales. de la escuela primaria.A tecnologia é uma ferramenta que vem facilitando o cotidiano da sociedade em vários setores, em específico na área da educação, porém é de extrema importância que se tenha preparo. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é demonstrar os desafios enfrentados pelos professores durante o período de ensino remoto, que se estabeleceu devido a pandemia de Covid-19. Consequentemente, o estudo contextualizará alternativas para facilitar o desempenho do professor durante as aulas e maximizar os resultados educacionais e profissionais. Efetivamente esse estudo abordará a seguinte problemática: Quais são os desafios do ensinar em tempos de pandemia? A metodologia utilizada para o desenvolvimento do atual trabalho é a revisão bibliográfica, que irá analisar os dados de maneira quantitativa e qualitativa, com ênfase em acervos de credibilidade nacional e internacional. O que justifica o desenvolvimento deste trabalho é a ausência de materiais acadêmicos que trata sobre ao assunto, além da necessidade de demonstrar desafios da tecnologia nas aulas remotas, provenientes da pandemia.
