Resumo: | Zoology is the area of Biology that is concerned with studying the life of animals, in relation to their taxonomic, phylogenetic, ecological and morphophysiological aspects. Endowed with many terms, this area is seen by many students as difficult to contextualize. In order to overcome this problem, the present work has as main objective to present and discuss the potentialities of the film “Arachnophobia”, as well as, to present it as a didactic resource to explore themes of Zoology aiming to contribute in the process of students' learning in the discipline of Biology in high school. In this way, through the proposed film, the teacher will be able to work with students on the whole structure and function of spiders, as well as discuss and problematize questions about venomous animals and instruct students on good practices to avoid accidents with these organisms in their houses. Another interesting issue is the opportunity to bring information to students about accidents with these animals, a fact that occurs routinely throughout Brazil. In addition, this activity can be an integrating axis to arouse students' interest on issues related to conservation, species preservation, and even the ecological relationships of spiders in the ecosystem. |

Dotada de muchos términos, muchos estudiantes consideran que esta área es difícil de contextualizar. Para superar este problema, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal presentar y discutir las potencialidades de la película “Aracnofobia”, así como, presentarla como un recurso didáctico para explorar temas de Zoología con el objetivo de contribuir en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en la disciplina de Biología en la escuela secundaria. De esta forma, a través de la película propuesta, el docente podrá trabajar con los alumnos sobre toda la estructura y función de las arañas, así como discutir y problematizar cuestiones sobre animales venenosos e instruir a los alumnos sobre buenas prácticas para evitar accidentes con estos organismos en sus vidas, casas. Otro tema interesante es la oportunidad de acercar información a los estudiantes sobre accidentes con estos animales, hecho que ocurre de manera rutinaria en todo Brasil. Además, esta actividad puede ser un eje integrador para despertar el interés de los estudiantes en temas relacionados con la conservación, la preservación de especies e incluso las relaciones ecológicas de las arañas en el ecosistema.A Zoologia é a área da Biologia que se preocupa em estudar a vida dos animais, em relação aos seus aspectos taxonômicos, filogenéticos, ecológicos e morfofisiológicos. Dotada de muitos termos, essa área é encarada por muitos alunos como de difícil contextualização. Para superarmos tal problemática, o presente trabalho possui como principal objetivo apresentar e discutir as potencialidades do filme “Aracnofobia”, bem como, apresentá-lo como um recurso didático para explorar temas da Zoologia visando contribuir no processo da aprendizagem dos discentes na disciplina de Biologia no Ensino médio. Desse modo, por meio do filme proposto, o professor poderá trabalhar com os alunos toda a parte de estrutura e função das aranhas, bem como discutir e problematizar questões sobre animais peçonhentos e instruir os alunos sobre boas práticas para evitar acidentes com esses organismos nas suas casas. Outra questão interessante, é a oportunidade de levar informações aos alunos sobre acidentes com esses animais, fato esse que ocorre rotineiramente em todo o Brasil.
