Permanent health education: a possibility to improve work in a Technical School of the Unified Health System?

Resumo: | This article aims to present a proposal for improvement on processes of Permanent Health Education (EPS) for teachers and direction of a Technical School of the Unified Health System (ETSUS). This is an action research, with qualitative approach, developed between June and November 2019 at the Nurse Izabel dos Santos Technical Training School (ETIS), located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The methodological route was composed of three phases: exploration, planning and execution. The proposal was based on the Wheel of Conversation method, as this is a method that works with the collective. The study contributed to the updating and expansion of the knowledge of the ETIS teaching and management team about EPS, contributing and promoting changes in actions and work process. This proposal is expected to have a transformative character for the daily work, management and workers, improving the quality of training offered at ETIS. |

Esta es una investigación de acción, con enfoque cualitativo, desarrollada entre junio y noviembre de 2019 en la Escuela de Formación Técnica de Enfermera Izabel dos Santos (ETIS), ubicada en la ciudad de Río de Janeiro. La ruta metodológica se compuso de tres fases: exploración, planificación y ejecución. La propuesta se basó en el método Rueda de Conversación, ya que este es un método que funciona con el colectivo. El estudio contribuyó a la actualización y expansión del conocimiento del equipo de enseñanza y gestión de ETIS sobre EPS, contribuyendo y promoviendo cambios en las acciones y el proceso de trabajo. Se espera que esta propuesta tenga un carácter transformador para el trabajo diario, la gestión y los trabajadores, mejorando la calidad de la formación ofrecida en ETIS.Este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar uma proposta de aperfeiçoamento sobre processos de Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) para docentes e direção de uma Escola Técnica do Sistema Único de Saúde (ETSUS). Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação, com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvida entre junho e novembro de 2019 na Escola de Formação Técnica Enfermeira Izabel dos Santos (ETIS), localizada no município do Rio de Janeiro. O percurso metodológico foi composto por três fases: exploração, planejamento e execução. A proposta teve como base o método da Roda de Conversa, por ser esse um método que trabalha com o coletivo. O estudo contribuiu para a atualização e ampliação do conhecimento da equipe de docentes e direção da ETIS sobre a EPS, contribuindo e promovendo mudanças nas ações e no processo de trabalho.
