Resumo: This article aims to analyze the Law No. 13.415, of February 2017 and its contributions in the context of youth citizenship education in high school. For this, we carried out a bibliographic and documentary research, based on a set of references, laws, and decrees. Therefore, we could have a deeper analysis, in order to understand the processes that led to the construction of the current high school counter-reform in the country, linked to the categories Work and Education; as well as the challenges that arise for the strengthening of educational policies for Brazilian youth.

Para ello, realizamos una investigación bibliográfica y documental, basada en un conjunto de referencias, leyes y decretos. De esta forma, podríamos tener un análisis más profundo, con el fin de comprender los procesos que llevaron a la construcción de la actual contrarreforma de la Secundaria en el país, vinculada a las categorías Trabajo y Educación; así como los desafíos que surgen para el fortalecimiento de las políticas educativas para la juventud brasileña.Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a Lei nº 13.415, de fevereiro de 2017 e as suas contribuições no contexto da formação cidadã da juventude no Ensino Médio.
