Resumo: | The study of the learning process in the school context is a relevant topic in education since the student has the right to a quality education. The study aims to search for evidence, in the literature, about the learning process from the perspective of the student of youth and adult education – (Educação de Jovens e Adultos – EJA). The motivation of the research was given by the possibility of contributing to the studies that permeate the area of education, mainly in this teaching modality. Some crucial aspects were highlighted, such as learning theories, pedagogical practice and EJA student learning. The methodology used was bibliographic research. The results show the importance of the EJA teacher organizing his didactic action by reviewing his theory of action and seeking support in andragogy, one of the alternatives indicated for working with these students, since it is based on contextual situations that they experience. |

El estudio tiene como objetivo buscar evidencias, en la literatura, sobre el proceso de aprendizaje en la perspectiva del estudiante de la educación de jóvenes y adultos – EJA. La motivación de la investigación se dio por la posibilidad de contribuir con los estudios que permean el área de la educación, principalmente en esta modalidad de enseñanza. Se evidenciaron algunos aspectos cruciales, como las teorías del aprendizaje, la práctica pedagógica y el aprendizaje del estudiante de EJA. La metodología utilizada fue la investigación bibliográfica. Los resultados muestran la importancia de que el profesor de EJA organice su acción didáctica reviendo su teoría de actuación y buscando soporte en la andragogía, una de las alternativas indicadas para trabajar con esos estudiantes, considerando que está basada en situaciones experimentadas en su propio contexto.O estudo sobre o processo de aprendizagem em contexto escolar é um tema pertinente na educação, visto que todo estudante tem direito a uma educação de qualidade. O estudo tem como objetivo buscar evidências, na literatura, sobre o processo de aprendizagem na perspectiva do estudante da educação de jovens e adultos – EJA. A motivação da pesquisa deu-se pela possibilidade de contribuir com os estudos que permeiam a área da educação, principalmente nessa modalidade de ensino. Evidenciaram-se alguns aspectos cruciais, como as teorias da aprendizagem, a prática pedagógica e a aprendizagem do estudante da EJA. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica. Os resultados mostram a importância de o professor da EJA organizar sua ação didática revendo sua teoria de atuação e buscando suporte na andragogia, uma das alternativas indicadas para trabalhar com esses estudantes, uma vez que se baseia em situações de contexto que experienciam.
