Resumo: This article is the result of the doctoral research entitled: “Trajectories of lesbian teachers in basic education: teaching knowledge as resistance”, whose objective was to know how teaching knowledge and teaching identity are constituted by the lesbians of basic education teachers. To achieve this objective, we chose the “Snowball” methodology, which allowed us to locate seven lesbian teachers, who work in the Northeast region of Brazil. We also use the (auto)biographical method as inspiration, to identify, through life trajectories, the teaching knowledge, understanding these as resistance, in the specific case of the trajectories of the interviewed teachers and perceived as co-authors of the research. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with lesbian teachers, the protagonists of the present study, who declared their sexual orientation in their workplaces. In this way, we identified various teaching knowledge as resistance strategies, used by teachers both to continue working with the minimum of conditions and to welcome and protect students who are vulnerable, due to their sexual orientations or gender identities.

Para lograr este objetivo, elegimos la metodología “Bola de Nieve”, que nos permitió ubicar a siete docentes lesbianas, que actúan en la región Nordeste de Brasil, en entrevistas semiestructuradas. Utilizamos también las (auto)biográfias como inspiración, para identificar, através de trayectorias de vida, los saberes docentes, entendiendo estos como resistencias, en el caso específico de las trayectorias de los docentes entrevistados y percibidos como coautores de la investigación. De esta manera, identificamos diferentes tipos de conocimientos y saberes didácticos como estrategias de resistencia y los categorizamos. Las profesoras lesbianas son protagonistas del estudio porque declaran su orientación sexual en sus lugares de trabajo y, con ello, instauran las lesbianas como saberes didácticos que les otorgan visibilidad. Ya sea para seguir trabajando con condiciones mínimas o para acoger y proteger a estudiantes vulnerables, las profesoras lesbianas garantizan una variedad de derechos, en función de sus prácticas y de sus orientaciones sexuales o identidades de género.O presente artigo resulta de pesquisa de doutorado sobre trajetórias de professoras lésbicas na educação básica e seus saberes docentes como resistência, cujo objetivo foi conhecer como os saberes docentes e a identidade docente podem ser constituídos pelas lesbianidades de professoras da educação básica. Para alcançar esse objetivo, escolhemos a metodologia “Bola de Neve”, que nos permitiu localizar sete professoras lésbicas, atuantes na região Nordeste do Brasil. Utilizamos as narrativas (auto)biográficas como inspiração, para identificar os saberes docentes através das trajetórias de vida, em entrevistas semiestruturadas. No caso específico das trajetórias das entrevistadas, percebidas como coautoras da pesquisa, as professoras lésbicas são protagonistas do estudo por declararem sua orientação sexual nos seus locais de trabalho e, com isso, estabelecerem as lesbianidades como saberes docentes que lhes conferem singular visibilidade. Desse modo, identificamos diversos saberes como estratégias de resistência e os categorizamos.
