CROSSINGS OF ANTI-GENDER DISCOURSES IN TEACHERS' ACCOUNTS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN

Resumo: This study aimed to analyze the possible reverberations of anti-gender movements in the accounts of elementary school teachers about violence against children, looking to understand their fears and their resistance actions in the classroom. Six teachers from the public school of a capital city and surrounding towns took part in the research, ranging in age from 24 to 47 years. A semi-structured interview script was used, with guiding questions related to perceptions of violence against children, the gender dimensions present in such violence, and the possibility of addressing them in school. The data were analyzed through content analysis, with the following thematic categories: Teachers' perceptions of the relationships between gender and violence against children; Impacts of anti-gender discourses in their accounts; Counter-hegemonic practices and resistance in the classroom. It was seen that the participants seemed to be bothered by attempts to restrict critical work in schools, which further hinders the implementation of actions aimed at sexuality education for children. However, it was noticed that the teachers resisted this logic through actions focused on dialogue with students about gender, sexuality, and violence.

However, it was noticed that the teachers resisted this logic through actions focused on dialogue with students about gender, sexuality, and violence.Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar las posibles repercusiones de los movimientos antigénero en los relatos de docentes de Educación Primaria sobre la violencia contra los niños, buscando comprender sus miedos y acciones de resistencia en el aula. En la investigación participaron seis docentes de la Red Municipal de una capital y ciudades aledañas del interior, con edades comprendidas entre 24 y 47 años. Se utilizó un guión de entrevista semiestructurada, cuyas preguntas orientadoras versaban sobre las percepciones sobre la violencia contra los niños, las dimensiones de género presentes en esa violencia y la posibilidad de afrontarla en la escuela. Los datos fueron analizados mediante análisis de contenido, con las siguientes categorías temáticas: Percepciones de los docentes sobre la relación entre género y violencia contra los niños; Cruces de discursos antigénero en sus reportajes; Prácticas contrahegemónicas y resistencias en el aula. Se observó que los participantes demostraron sentirse incómodos con los intentos de restringir el trabajo crítico en la escuela, lo que dificultó aún más la implementación de acciones dirigidas a la educación sexual de los niños. Sin embargo, se observó que la docente demostró resistencia a esta lógica a través de acciones orientadas al diálogo con los estudiantes sobre género, sexualidad y violencia.Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as possíveis reverberações dos movimentos anti-gênero nos relatos de docentes do Ensino Fundamental I sobre as violências contra crianças, buscando entender os seus temores e as suas ações de resistência em sala de aula. Participaram da pesquisa seis docentes da Rede Municipal de uma capital e de cidades do interior ao entorno, com idade variando entre 24 e 47 anos. Utilizou-se um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada, cujas questões norteadoras disseram respeito às percepções sobre as violências contra crianças, as dimensões de gênero presentes em tais violências e a possibilidade de enfrentá-las na escola. Os dados foram analisados por meio de análise de conteúdo, com as seguintes categorias temáticas: Percepções de docentes sobre as relações entre gênero e violências contra crianças; Atravessamentos dos discursos anti-gênero em seus relatos; Práticas contra-hegemônicas e resistências em sala de aula. Observou-se que o(as) participantes demonstraram se incomodar com as tentativas de cerceamento de um trabalho crítico na escola que dificulta, ainda mais, a implementação de ações voltadas à educação em sexualidade para crianças.
