Resumo: | It presents an analysis of specific legislations on the extension of the school day in Brazil and Portugal. This is a clipping of a qualitative and quantitative, exploratory and descriptive research, conducted in both countries. It is a documentary analysis of the More Education Program - PME, in Brazil, and the Priority Intervention Educational Territories Program - TEIPs, in Portugal. Highlighting convergences and divergences between both educational policies, the right to education and social protection are discussed as constitutive elements of human rights. |
