Resumo: Objective: Analyze the ambience as an indicator of pleasure or pain to the professional of family health teams and its influence on daily work. Method: This is a qualitative study using the psychodynamics of work methodology that was used observation field and press conferences in three family health units in Porto Alegre. Data collection was carried out in October, November and December 2012 and participated in 68 subjects.Result: The ambience refers to the physical environment and has its importance because it has set an indicator of suffering, interfering with the professional daily work of the Family Health teams.Conclusion: The ambience permeates conflicts between staff, directly interfering in the work and the relationship between professionals.

Método: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo mediante la metodología de psicodinámica del trabajo que se utilizó la observación de campo y ruedas de prensa en tres unidades de salud familiar en Porto Alegre. La recolección de datos se llevó a cabo en octubre, noviembre y diciembre de 2012 y participó en 68 sujetos. Resultados: El ambiente se refiere al medio físico y tiene su importancia, ya que se ha fijado un indicador de sufrimiento, lo que interfiere con el trabajo diario del profesional de los equipos de Salud de la Familia. Conclusión: El ambiente impregna conflictos entre el personal, lo que interfiere directamente en el trabajo y la relación entre los profesionales.Objetivo: Analisar se a ambiência é um indicador de prazer ou sofrimento para os profissionais de equipes de Saúde da Família e como influencia o cotidiano de trabalho. Método: Trata-se de um estudo com abordagem qualitativa com a utilização da metodologia da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, em que foi utilizado observação de campo e entrevistas coletivas em três unidades de saúde da família em Porto Alegre.
