O processo de (pré) incubação na economia solidária: o caso de um grupo de mulheres inseridas na indústria da construção civil

This work analysed the development and trajectory of a group of women in the process (pre) incubation in the solidarity economy, within the period from March to November 2014 with support from "Incubadora de Empreendimentos Solidários do Tecnosocial/Unilasalle". The methodological approach involved a qualitative research through participant observation which resulted in 25 hours of observation, 5 semi structured interviews with those involved. The group's trajectory began in the working front and the participants never dissociated from the Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social (SMDS) de Canoas. The memories of group are centred around the search for formalization, which happens since 2011 through seven unsuccessful attempts by documentation problems. In March 2014, female workers began a (pre) incubation process to create a cooperative in the construction area with the support of Incubadora/Tecnosocial. The results indicated that the process of (pre) incubação took place for 9 months and 16 meetings of the female workers with the technical workers of Incubadora/Tecnosocial. The identified social processes were irregularities in the patterns of motivation/interest and demotivation/lack of interest of the group. The analyses indicated that this variation was the result of a conflict and competition for leadership between two female workers, without disregarding other causes of social, economic and psychological side. This conflict was only explained in the 15th meeting when there was the outcrop of his memories. Than, they were able to dialogue and to organize to finally request the formalization of the enterprise as a cooperative guided by the principles of solidarity economy.
